This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They have no order to how they see patients and the lady at the front desk obviously hates working there and dealing with people. You will wait forever in the parking lot and when your finally seen, all they are concerned with is fees. I will never be back again!

I'm not a person that will waste time writing a good/bad reviews, but this place is awful. They will happily take ALL your money but they do not care about your pets wellness. It's sad Not bringing my baby back here ever again.

Our dog decided she needed something sweet and devoured 2 bags of chocolate. I phoned this ER and was told I would have to phone the ASPCA Poison Control line and obtain a case number. Ok, no problem...until I called. In order to obtain the necessary information to properly care for my dog I was going to be forced to pay a service fee of $95. I contacted the ER again because I could not imagine a vet would not know how to handle this situation and was told the vet would not see my dog until I had that information. I cal... read more

Do yourself a favor before you invest your time/money/energy find out when the doctor who reads the ultrasound will be there. They NEVER said the VET was unable to read/preform the necessary xrays/ultrasound or we would have bypassed them. Initially they took her to the back for an "X-ray". An hour rolls by and the assistant comes back and informed me doctor got called into surgery. I said so where's my dog? She explains they had Karma in the back in a cage and confirmed they had no intention of giving her IV fluids (not eve... read more

Terrible place to take your animal for care, especially when the staff and doctor doesn't care. The doctor purposely disrespectfully hung up on me (his paying customer) as my dog was suffering in his hands while I needed to discuss options before I put him to sleep. Doctor had no issue collecting my money but didn't want to speak with me. I didn't curse, yell, nor disrespect him or his staff on my end so absolutely no reason for this. Additionally, there was no sense of urgency when my dog arrived with little oxygen after ... read more

I've been here a total of 5 times. The latter four due to my dog being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I will say, for the most part, the doctors I've seen have been good and caring. The problem comes with the management and techs and some of their policies. After having gone here four times, I am very well versed on the treatment my dog gets for his condition when in an ambulatory status. It's pretty routine: emergency oxygen via an oxygen chamber, and an IV of Salic (furosemide). Pending his breathing ra... read more

We Care Emergency in Waldorf DOESN'T care about anything but money. Female vet did not do ordinary and obvious testing on male cat, including bloodwork and checking for urinary blockages. This facility has a known practice of trying to extort money out of people in emergency situations. They have performed unnecessary tests, or asked for unnecessary hospital stays, for thousands of dollars. I've been victimized several times. Latest extortion involved being given two choices, neither of which were unacceptable due to th... read more
