My dog was taken there on 12/15/25 and discharged on 12/17/25. We were told she had lepto. On 12/21/25 she stopped eating again. Took her to a different 24/7 hospital to learn it was her gallbladder and major surgery to remove it was needed. Unfortunately after wasting over $3k at this facility, we couldn't afford the surgery she needed and had to euthanize her. She was so sick the vet gave her a 50/50 chance of surviving. SAVE YOUR PET! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!
This is the southern Maryland hospital for dogs , took my pet yesterday for a fall, waited 2.5 hours . $798 later , X-rays showed no broken bones, but yeah your pet is constipated, she needs an enema $40, worst mistake of my life , my dog has been bleeding every sense !!! What the hell !! Never again ... had to bring her to my regular vet ! Should have waited !!! $$$ another bill . They will be hearing from me ! Skip this place !!! Customer service was awful. Dog there for over 5 hours and got no answers. Shaved a patch outta my dogs face.
The lady jade at the reception desk is very rude and racist. she made a racist comment about CHARLIE KIRK online and how he deserved to die
absolutely abysmal. i will never come here again. i will drive the additional 50 miles to ANYWHERE ELSE. one vet lied about what medications my pet was given. LIED. i came in at 6am. no treatment plan until 2pm. could not get pet checked out timely despite 3 hours notice. these people caused one problem after another.
My dog got into something. This horrible place refused to see him because I didn't know what he ingested. The front desk girl was extremely rude! Never go there!!!!
on friday july 11th i was here because my dog got attacked and the walls are so thin i heard them say they were going to let my dog bleed out infront of me to get more money. specifically Dr. Fox
Not sure if your hospital is short staffed, or because it was a holiday but they truly need more than one doctor whose in surgery back to back. It's been 5 years since I last had to come to this place but I hope they hire more doctors. Also it's 2025 and your reviews are more negative than positive (even my primary clinic won't recommend your emergency services)... Maybe you all need to stop making excuses for every negative review... And actually take it all in to change how your hospital operates.
We've been to this location several times over the last few months and the atmosphere is depressing while the staff seem to be going through the motions instead of truly empathizing with customers who want effective healthcare for their pet. In the latest situation, they ended up recommending surgery for our cat who ended up with complications.
