The doctors at this clinic are great, however most of the rest of the staff are rude, and unhelpful. As an Emergehcy clinic expect to pay A LOT more than most clinics, but they have the equipment and the ability to do anything that could be needed to diagnose your animal. if it is determined surgery is needed they can do it immediately. calling for medical records to follow up with your usual vet will be frustrating, they do not like to give more than they give at discharge, no matter what tests or x-rays are done. over... read more

I beg to differ with you about your employee being rude. You weren't there to hear it, people in the parking lot Heard the conversation and commented, was that really necessary? Additionally, hearing it once was Enough. I'm sorry my phone ringer was turned off it was by mistake it wasn't intentional. Sticking her head out the door and saying Mr Burch check your phone, we are trying to reach you would have been enough, without the condescending attitude and threats to be moved to the bottom of the list. I made no comment abou... read more

Business response:

Mike, I would like to address your concerns. 1. Waited Waited..... Your pet was checked in at 9:06pm. He was examined. The DVM called you to have you authorize pain medications which were prepared and given. Your pet was radiographed and the DVM reviewed the radiographs at 9:46pm. 2. Your dog was painful..... no one wants to be bitten. Pet's in pain ofter bite. This does not blame the pet and should certainly not be blamed on the staff member who would like to avoid being bit. Bite wounds hurt, they required medic... read more

This is our second time here, but likely never coming back again. You have to text in the parking lot and fill out all these forms while waiting. At some point a screen said if it was an emergency to call. That was fine. My dog had been puking for about 3 hours in the morning and throughout the ride there and had some heavy breathing. The tech came out to get him, and when they called, I appreciated the immediate explanation and transparency of costs. However, the recommendation was to both xray and do bloodwork at the sam... read more

Business response:

It is very common for DVM's to request a minimum data base to best form a treatment plan for the presenting pet. You describe your pet as vomiting multiple times. Vomiting could indicate an obstruction in the GI tract or it could also indicate kidney or liver issues. So.... radiographs (4 generally) in your pets case of the abdomen and lungs and blood work to rule out any issues with other metabolic (kidney or liver) issues. We usually ask for your permission to run both of these diagnostics and give you an estimate to d... read more

Understanding that due to the nature of the current COVID protocols all business practices may function differently. However, after following ALL the check-in/registration procedures which are very detailed and extensive. Mystique (VET Tech/Receptionist) calls over the phone to ask for the exact same information that was provided in detail upon registration in their online portal. Further prolonging the care of my fur baby's emergency visit. After an assessment by Dr. McGuire, it was determined that she needed an x-ray. Upon... read more

Ok so the Vet Tech is the only reason I have 3 stars. I came here because my dog's face was swollen. You now check in and they come and get your pet from the car. My dog was inside about a hour and I had yet to get an update or call about her. I called to get a status and I was hung up on. I then proceed to head inside and speak with the receptionist. She was nice and tells me the vet is in the middle of a procedure and it would be another 30 minutes to a hour before he could speak with me about my dog. I get that this is an... read more

They deserve negative stars. I've been here twice with my elderly dog Kody because they're the only ones open on Sunday. Today seemed as if his last day (he has cancer and had been doing well until recently) so we took him to WEC with the intention of euthanasia because of his intense pain and inability to walk. We called before hand and we're told to "walk right in". On arrival we were told to wait in the car. After waiting 30 minutes they then told us we could not be with Kody during the procedure, which was obviously a de... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were sent here from our regular vet because my dog had cut his foot and the vet couldn't get the bleeding to stop. My husband sat in the car with our dog bleeding all over the place for hours. BUT, they could move us up the que if we paid $600! When it was finally our turn, they called me, the phone disconnected and I immediately called right back. They told me the dr moved on to the next patient. They skipped us and we had to wait even longer.

I would stay as far away as you can. I get it this is an emergency vet. But when we took our cat in for a specific reason I.E (possible stroke) and they tried to treat something completely unrelated....and didn't seem to care about our concerns.

I took my cat to this facility and was not really satisfied with the visit. The first thing was I spoke with an employee by the name of Bonnie who was very nasty/rude to me on several occasions. The second reason was the fact that I was never given an update on my cat by anyone from this Facility up until I inquired myself and lastly they made me feel like my cat to them was just a number/money. The only good thing about this visit was that the Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.
