Ok so the Vet Tech is the only reason I have 3 stars. I came here because my dog's face was swollen. You now check in and they come and get your pet from the car. My dog was inside about a hour and I had yet to get an update or call about her. I called to get a status and I was hung up on. I then proceed to head inside and speak with the receptionist. She was nice and tells me the vet is in the middle of a procedure and it would be another 30 minutes to a hour before he could speak with me about my dog. I get that this is an... read more

They deserve negative stars. I've been here twice with my elderly dog Kody because they're the only ones open on Sunday. Today seemed as if his last day (he has cancer and had been doing well until recently) so we took him to WEC with the intention of euthanasia because of his intense pain and inability to walk. We called before hand and we're told to "walk right in". On arrival we were told to wait in the car. After waiting 30 minutes they then told us we could not be with Kody during the procedure, which was obviously a de... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were sent here from our regular vet because my dog had cut his foot and the vet couldn't get the bleeding to stop. My husband sat in the car with our dog bleeding all over the place for hours. BUT, they could move us up the que if we paid $600! When it was finally our turn, they called me, the phone disconnected and I immediately called right back. They told me the dr moved on to the next patient. They skipped us and we had to wait even longer.

I would stay as far away as you can. I get it this is an emergency vet. But when we took our cat in for a specific reason I.E (possible stroke) and they tried to treat something completely unrelated....and didn't seem to care about our concerns.

I took my cat to this facility and was not really satisfied with the visit. The first thing was I spoke with an employee by the name of Bonnie who was very nasty/rude to me on several occasions. The second reason was the fact that I was never given an update on my cat by anyone from this Facility up until I inquired myself and lastly they made me feel like my cat to them was just a number/money. The only good thing about this visit was that the Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

"WeCare" Yea right.. Heartless money hungry people.. We had to have our family dog euthanized today. I called ahead of time to see if we were allowed to be with her, and the receptionist very rudely stated "no, due to COVID precautions, and we are a private owned business, you are not allowed to go in when the dog is being euthanized. You have to stay in your car". I think that's pretty heartless of these people. There should be some kind of exception. Our dog was a family member. And to have to say goodbye to her in our car... read more

Do NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. We were told by another vet hospital they "HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND". We ended up going there after calling 5 other places who were unable to see my dog. We got there at 3:50 and didn't leave til around 9pm. They're super unprofessional and flat out RUDE.

I took my Olde English Bulldogge, Boss, to Waldorf Emergency Care just after midnight on 9/21/2021 after he began having multiple seizures earlier in the evening. He had never been sick before this. When I called to tell them I was on my way, instead of being greeted with the utmost concern and empathy for my dog I was informed of a list of associated costs and asked if the fees were ok with me. Money was not an issue and I continued to Waldorf Emergency Care. They took Boss in and while waiting in my vehicle I received a c... read more

I called the clinic to see if/how long of a wait it would be to see my 5 month old kitten who was having respiratory problems. When I was trying to explain his respiratory issues to the receptionist, she cut me off and said "what's respiratory issues? Not breathing? You need to breathe to live so yeah, he would need to be seen for that." She was nice beyond that if it's worth anything. If I weren't already frantic because this cat is like a human child to me, I would've asked for a supervisor right then and there but now I... read more
