Excellent experience! My pup Ellie suffered an allergic reaction which caused her to develop hives all over. One of her eyes was also swollen almost shut. Ellie and I took the trip to WECARE this morning, and experienced nothing bit kindness. From my initial phone call to our visit with the vet tech to our consultation with Dr. Fox, each person was wonderful. You could tell the staff really cared about her well-being. I've been taking my families pets to Suburban for several years now. Never ever had any bad experiences. They love our animals and the waiting room and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Took my 9 year old GSD here in the evening when my wife found her laying in a heap bleeding in the living room. We'd just adopted the dog several days earlier, and had knowledge of her heart worms and other conditions. The front desk was incredibly accomodating and patient with our dog that bled on their floor. They got her in quickly and the techs took great care of her. The staff at Wecare, Auntie Devon, Keonna Ashley and Tiffany and Dr Fox are an excellent team. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I took my dog Bella there 3 weeks ago with a laceration, that was the length of her back leg. Dr Fox sewed her up, and not to any ones fault she had a complication. Dr Fox saw her at least 5 times a week for dressing changes and his time and bandage supplies were nor charged to me. We have brought three cats to this emergency vet. In all three instances, Dr. Fox and his staff provided excellent care. The staff is caring and efficient. Dr. Fox clearly enjoys having an emergency practice and figuring out difficult issues. He has always offered a variety of treatment options and explained the advantages and disadvantages of different options. He very clearly cares about animals. I would highly recommend this practice.

Excellent staff at Waldorf Emergency Care. We took our puppy here at 2am and everyone we encountered was very professional and helpful. Dr. Robyn Johnson took care of our little rottweiler puppy. Highly recommend this emergency hospital.

Dr.Fox and Dr. Hong were great with Sasha and Phillie! Terrific and professional staff. No wait! They get you right in and right out (depending on the severities of your animal's issue). They also assisted and comforted my family in the loss of our beloved HUGO and helped Sasha and Phillie recover from their injuries! Thanks a lot!

New veterinary ER. My regular Veterinarian sent me here. They saved my beloved misty! She need emergency surgery. OMG the place is beautiful and huge! The staff was great! very helpful and compassionate, I was a wreck, but they got me through it. Thank you Dr. Fox. and Angie you made my Xmas!!

My dog got into something. This horrible place refused to see him because I didn't know what he ingested. The front desk girl was extremely rude! Never go there!!!!
