The worst experience ever do not take your pet here!!! I repeat do not take your pet here. Staff very rude and unprofessional the manager is not a good listener. Terrible piss, poor customer service experience. I paid $650 for nothing. If I can score you a negative I would. Please take your fur babies elsewhere.

Horrible experience here! Don't ever take your animals here! My husband was there over 6 hours and they diagnosed my dog wrong 750 dollars later! What a joke of a place!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...This was the worst experience of my life. I took my child, my ride or die, my heart, my everything here on Sunday for evaluation. After years of avoiding this place due to previous bad experiences I decided against my better judgment to take my dog here. Worst decision I ever made. My dog became suddenly sick on Sunday. At first it seemed like she was in good hands. She was going to be admitted for pancreatitis and kept overnight with the hopes of going home on Monday. I called several times on Monda... read more

I was extremely disappointed in the services I received at this facility. Being in the healthcare field for 17 years it saddens me to see where our system is headed. Clearly this facility does not "care." I had a newly diagnosed diabetic cat in DKA and was given no instruction on how to properly care for him at all. Advocacy should never be depicted as aggression yet often times, especially for those in the black and brown communities, anytime we question authority we're seen as being rude and aggressive. Proof of all... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend AT ALL. Place is extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing here and are EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY. They show no sympathy for you or your pet at all. I don't even know why this place is even still in business.

Business response:

Dear Arjaee. You presented with your pet, Saks, on 1/2/24. On your check in sheet, you indicated you brought Saks in for a ‘purple bump leaking pus’ that you noticed 4 days prior and checked off that your pet was still eating, drinking, had no vomiting or diarrhea, and had no other concerns. After waiting for 15 minutes, you advised our receptionist that you needed to leave but would return later. You were advised that when you returned, your pet would need to be checked back in and you would be placed at the end of the li... read more

My 2-year-old Frenchie ate a corn on the Cobb back in July of 2023. Even after him swallowing the Cobb my dog was still full of life per usual, he is well taken care of and spoiled rotten the only issue he was having was throwing up. The closest emergency vet was the Waldorf emergency care. Upon arriving the front desk staff was friendly and was quick to get us checked in. I explained what had happened and they suggested they do a cat scan to see where the Cobb was at. I was asked to put a $600 deposit down and without hesit... read more

I appreciate the medical staff who did show some empathy toward me and my partner when we had to put our cat down last night. However, the front desk woman, as well as the main vet, showed absolutely no concern, no compassion, or empathy toward us or our cat. After he euthanized our cat, we got no "I'm sorry for your loss" or anything like that. It was "let us know when you're ready and just knock on the door" to tell them when we were ready for them to pack up his body to take home. Two of the female workers, which I cannot... read more

Waldorf animal emergency hospital has got to be the worst. I took my dog there after she had been bitten by another dog where you could clearly see puncture marks, and Dr. S. Says it appears to look like an abrasion. Omg all these people want to do is overcharged you for service. My honest opinion of this place is, they know that you will pay to make your pet feel better. I absolutely hate going there, and will never take any of my pets there again. If I could give - I would.

Business response:

We last saw your pet on September 7th, after sustaining an injury while staying with a boarding facility. Dr. S diagnosed your pet with superficial abrasions. He clipped and cleaned the site. He dispensed an e-collar and a topical antibiotic. You were directed to recheck with your family Veterinarian in 1 week. So, your pet was examined at 7pm and discharged after being treated at 8pm on a Thursday night for $242. We are all just trying to provide your pet, and the other's who present to We Care with quality veterinary ... read more

No Stars! This place is beyond bad, the so called vet doc, wanted to euthanize my dog the same day she saw him claiming that he had cancer. She did No blood work and based her theory on X-rays and the complaints we came in with which she did not read nor their technicians. This C vet graduate, scared the crap out of me and my daughter and made us cry as if she was 100% correct but her incompetence just couldn't explain me how she had that diagnosis that took 10 min. My baby was taken to better hands and he is on a road to re... read more

Business response:

Laura, Dr. McGuire is a Boarded Internal Medicine specialist who is very well respected in the community. Your pet presented with difficulty breathing, to the point that we put him in an Oxygen cage to assist his breathing. Dr. McGuire examined your pet and performed an ultrasound of the thorax. Her ultrasound showed pleural effusion with a mass noted in the left cranial lung lobe. Given that finding, the fact that your pet had not eaten since 9/12/2023, your pets age of 9.5 year old Doberman, and that your pet needed o... read more
