Trash and a rip off 100 dollars to do something I can do myself and then everything is overpriced on top of that. Sent a lady in my room and I could t u sweat and a word she was saying tried to get me to pay more money and I told them I didn't have it. Horrible experience would not recommend this vet.

I brought my cat to have examined for vomiting and not sound coming of her when meowing. Doctor only checked her mouth, heart beat and stomach, she did not checked for fever nor checked her ears or eyes for any discharge, and did not checked her weight either. When I used to take her to her regular vet, he checked all that. So I waist $100 for an examination I could have done myself. I was not that pleased with this type of service for that amount of money. My cat's regular vet charged less and gave a thorough examination t... read more

A vet's oath or PROFIT? If you have an emergency on the weekend or after-hours because your normal vet is closed, they know they have you over a barrel and feed you any line to charge you as much as they can get. I brought my dog in one day after-hours due to snippet accident. The doctor had to stitch the area. After all the unnecessary test, a simple suture job cost over $1,200.00. Took dog home with the suggested medicines. Dog is lethargic, can't stand-up and won't eat. Take dog back to the emergency room the next ... read more

My senior dog got extremely sick on New Year's Day. By him being 16.5yrs old I didn't know what to do. I thought of the worst because of his age. The vet tech Alisha assist me immediately once I arrived. She was able to calm me down and access the situation with great professionalism. Alisha was able to answer all of my questions and concerns until I fully understood. Which eventually put me at ease. He had to stay overnight but when I arrived the next day, he was doing a lot better. Thank you, Alisha and staff, for your ... read more

We had to take my dog later at night and it was horrible. My dog hurt it's paws and needed to be checked over. There was no one at the front desk when we got there, we waited a good 15 minutes before anyone even came out to the front. When we told what the problem was she literally looked at my dog, bent over and touched my dogs paws for a few seconds, and said she was fine. We told her that we wanted to make sure so we were taking in the back and waited almost 2 hours to be seen. The nurse was very kind though she would che... read more

So we took or 4 year old boxer in do to her not being herself, slight female discharge and not her happy go luck self. This was after she saw a regular vet. We were told we she need to be spade due to an infection and that it would be 2500 to 3000. We were also told that they have a military discount, which we never got. Before the surgery he had to put down 1500 dollars. I saw the ad they had for a funding service nd asked if we put the money down if they could move everything to the service once we were approved and was to... read more

My dog lacerated his leg/paw Sunday evening and we tried calling several times to give them a heads up we were coming but the phone just kept ringing and ringing for over two mins. When we came in I expected someone to call triage to the lobby or at least look at him or stop the bleeding but we were asked to fill out paperwork. When we went back to a room a very unsympathetic, inexperienced "tech" came in and took his temperature but that was it. I asked if he had a fever and he said yes. He informed the vet that he was bein... read more

I visited this clinic last week in the middle of the night in distress over my ten year old dog having a non stop cough that came on abruptly. This clinic also trades under the business name We Care. As a lay person, I could tell the cough was not something in her lungs, rather her throat or esophagus. The clinic offered to do an X-ray which I knew was waste of time. They also offered pain meds which she was in no pain. They offered a cough suppressant which is the only thing I can give a maybe to. The female veterinarian wi... read more

I brought my dog in the other evening. I decided to do blood work and X-rays to play it safe for diagnostic purposes. I appreciated the vet tech, Markus. He was thorough, honest, and positive throughout my experience. I pretty much paid $$$$ to see that my dog had a lot of air in his intestines, no foreign objects, (constipated) he wasn't in pain and his blood levels were not abnormal. I'm glad I did not keep him there over night for the barium testing. $$$$$ Thank you for the cooperation and professionalism Markus! Overall... read more
