Tried to charge my girlfriend 330 for flea and tick medication. Come to find out they price match. And ended up paying 110. They literally charge three times the amount of you didn't know they price matched! That is freaking THEFT! Loved this place until I found out they're doing this type of scam and clients. I'm in shock! Disbelief that they would do such a thing! Will be reporting this the better business bureau! This is sooo wrong!

I really wanted to like this place. Initially, I was impressed with the way things were operated, the flow of care, and follow up with scheduling. However, I have a new puppy, so I have been in and out of there for the last couple of months. Each time, my pup had a different doctor. My puppy had been dealing with GI and growth issues for months. Every doctor would comment on that, but took the conservative approach. I have been trying to contact her doctors via telephone, and email. Both were on vacation. I get that it is su... read more

Was sold a 12-month supply of pet meds (flea and tick preventative) that expired. Because they were so old when Town & Country sold them to us. When I brought them back they said "OK." And then said "they'd see what they could do." They made me wait a looong time and then acted like they were doing me a big favor to exchange them for NON-expired pet meds! The woman working at the desk told me she believed expired meds were fine "because it was only the *flavoring* that expired, and not the active ingredient." WOW.... Buyer b... read more

I adopted a cat from this hospital in December. I paid the adoption fee which was supposed to cover neutering. A few days ago I got a disturbing phone message stating that I owed them 580 some odd dollars for the neutering which also included finance charges. Beware if you are adopting...messed up billing department.

Used to be OK. After moving to the area I tried a few vets, T&C were the best of the bunch, so I brought my dogs and cats there. I know this is about to sound whiny. Skip to near the end for the important part. The first part of this is to fully document the experience. I made an appointment to get vaccines and heartworm pills curbside. When I got there, they appeared to be all set up. Numbered signs for the parking lot. I checked in by text and waited. 30 minutes went by without hearing from them and I could not ... read more

Stay clear-AVOID scheduling dental cleaning or mitigation at Town and Country animal hospital, where a kindly explanation is offered of why your dog requires more procedures than are necessary. This is the cash cow of the practice, with the primary goal to drive up the billing costs. The dental trauma your pet is put through is absolutely secondary (or not considered at all) and you end up with a $1,000+ ransom to get your pet returned. No estimates of costs are offered, no options of delaying procedures are offered, and th... read more

Have been a customer for over 10 years and service has become terrible. I called them in January asking if they would be running a dental discount for the month of February and they kept telling me they didn't know and to call back later. I have called every week and got the same response. It is now the beginning of February and when I call they tell me that they ARE running it and they are already booked through the next two months and will not honor the discount. This is on top of being unhappy about my dog's last checkup ... read more

We've been coming to T&C for the past 6 months or so with a new first puppy. The office is clean and COVID-compliant. One of the most important aspects is the friendliness of the staff. They genuinely care about your pup, remember your pup from visits despite the volume they see and are patient to listen to questions and respond accordingly. They check all your charges with you before invoicing and there are no hidden charges/fees. We've visited for general visits, neutering, and sick visits. All handled well. A couple of pi... read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness Let me start by saying Dr. Davis Hall and Dr. Stocks are both very excellent Vets. The issue is we ended up seeing other vets for two pets, and they were not nearly as good, never seeming to read the other doctor's previous notes. The big issue is the office has the worst communication I have ever seen. For example, our little Maltese who may have trachea issues or allergies {still evaluating } was having a severe episode of labored breathing. We called to have ... read more
