It's time to find a new dog health care provider. The vets are pretty good, caring, and helpful. Both Drs Hall are very good. I'm just tired of the front staff confusion, lack of communication, and waiting 45 minutes even when I've scheduled an appointment. And don't get me started with the challenges of communicating with their pharmacy. I need to find a smaller clinic that isn't constantly overbooked and understaffed.

We have been coming to Town & Country vet since October 2019. My Yorkshire, Cali, has had numerous appts. and has always been treated with great care especially with Dr. Katsur. She is wonderful, good clinical and people skills as well. I always trust her recommendations. She also performed Cali's spay surgery. My cat Meimei has also come here for her annual physicals the last two years. It can be hard to speak to someone right away on the phone , though they have added more service representatives and can book appointme... read more

So we have been bringing our pets to Town & Country for 23 years. I have found the vets to be very good. Their business has expanded quite a bit but apparently their business can't keep up anymore. Our dog developed an urinary infection on Friday, I couldn't get an a appt, & the people answering the phone said they couldn't do anything but schedule an appt in 5 days. emailed the vet and got a prescription and was advised to bring the dog in for lab work this am. Before 9am. All great, except it somehow takes 20 min to dis... read more

Tried to charge my girlfriend 330 for flea and tick medication. Come to find out they price match. And ended up paying 110. They literally charge three times the amount of you didn't know they price matched! That is freaking THEFT! Loved this place until I found out they're doing this type of scam and clients. I'm in shock! Disbelief that they would do such a thing! Will be reporting this the better business bureau! This is sooo wrong!

I really wanted to like this place. Initially, I was impressed with the way things were operated, the flow of care, and follow up with scheduling. However, I have a new puppy, so I have been in and out of there for the last couple of months. Each time, my pup had a different doctor. My puppy had been dealing with GI and growth issues for months. Every doctor would comment on that, but took the conservative approach. I have been trying to contact her doctors via telephone, and email. Both were on vacation. I get that it is su... read more

Was sold a 12-month supply of pet meds (flea and tick preventative) that expired. Because they were so old when Town & Country sold them to us. When I brought them back they said "OK." And then said "they'd see what they could do." They made me wait a looong time and then acted like they were doing me a big favor to exchange them for NON-expired pet meds! The woman working at the desk told me she believed expired meds were fine "because it was only the *flavoring* that expired, and not the active ingredient." WOW.... Buyer b... read more

I adopted a cat from this hospital in December. I paid the adoption fee which was supposed to cover neutering. A few days ago I got a disturbing phone message stating that I owed them 580 some odd dollars for the neutering which also included finance charges. Beware if you are adopting...messed up billing department.

Used to be OK. After moving to the area I tried a few vets, T&C were the best of the bunch, so I brought my dogs and cats there. I know this is about to sound whiny. Skip to near the end for the important part. The first part of this is to fully document the experience. I made an appointment to get vaccines and heartworm pills curbside. When I got there, they appeared to be all set up. Numbered signs for the parking lot. I checked in by text and waited. 30 minutes went by without hearing from them and I could not ... read more

Stay clear-AVOID scheduling dental cleaning or mitigation at Town and Country animal hospital, where a kindly explanation is offered of why your dog requires more procedures than are necessary. This is the cash cow of the practice, with the primary goal to drive up the billing costs. The dental trauma your pet is put through is absolutely secondary (or not considered at all) and you end up with a $1,000+ ransom to get your pet returned. No estimates of costs are offered, no options of delaying procedures are offered, and th... read more
