If you read through the reviews, you would see that I am one of few people who is surprised by the 5 star reviews. Let me tell you why this is important. Giving reviews to a place like this can change a pet's life. I want to know all of your reviews in a couple of years down the road, when your pet needs to see a doctor more often. After I took by beloved dog to this "business center" some people told me that after some corporate changes here, the good doctors are all gone. I thought it couldn't be that bad, but it costed m... read more
I was shocked by the experience there. My dog came home sick from boarding with vomiting and bloody diarrhea , rotten smell of the feces . She was urinating and defecting on her self from the day one which she never does . Went to see the doctor there, they denied anything that happened there , never checked her stool, blamed it on stress. Unbelievable! I know my dog very well and I know when she get upset stomach from anxiety vs sick with infection. I have never came to a clinic and tried to blame my dog's health on someth... read more
I felt like all they were doing was charging me for things and all they cared about was money. The vet Courtney Katsur was pushy on selling me X-rays, medications, rather than helping. If you think the health system for humans is bad, try an animal hospital. This is my first pet so I didn't know what I was going to encounter when going there for my first visit. DO YOUR RESEARCH before getting medications and before doing anything to your pets. It seems like it is all about the money and not about the care of the animals. Hum... read more
If I could give a zero, I would. This place is absolutely horrible and no one communicates with each other or knows anything about your pet when they return them. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new vet and decided on Town and Country. My dog needed a teeth cleaning and removal of a fat lump while he was under. I told them he was recently groomed and did not need his nails clipped but apparently that message never got back to the doctors and techs and they clipped them anyway and caused half of them to b... read more
We've been coming here for a year now. It started out great and we were very happy as repeat customers. Everyone was friendly and nice and our kitty liked it there. We travel often and so he has gotten used to being boarded at this site. The staff all knew our cat by name and he had his own little 'fan club' too. Not anymore obviously. Each time we visited over the past few months things have gone downhill. There are no longer any familiar faces. Where is the friendly receptionist who remembers the regulars? Where is the ... read more
Hello I have been a 20 year customer of Town and Country. I have 2 cats and one dog I have taken there and over the past year acquired 5 new dogs from a rescue I performed from over seas. I would love to write a good review but due to recent events that occurred today I sadly cannot. I should first premise by saying I really like the doctors there. They are smart, knowledgable, capable, and kind. Although they did miss pulling a tooth out of my poodles head six months ago when I had six others pulled and I will have to take... read more
There is only one issue with this place, front desk service. I don't understand why someone who hates their job keep working there. This place is truly great with pets, the technicians are amazing, Dr. Bauer was extremely kind and great with all the procedures my dog needed, but men! This women on the front desk they seemed like the kinda of girls you get to see fighting in court to get custody of their kids because child abuse or something like that. You will not get a smile out of any of those ladies. I wish I could match ... read more
This animal hospital has lost it's way in terms of client service. Last year my old and beloved dog needed to be put down. We called ahead and scheduled a time. We then waited 25 minutes in the waiting area and a further 20 minutes in the examination room. All of this with my 14 year old waiting. Fast forward to today. I paid my 367.00 bill and then waited 40 minutes for them to bring my dog out. They say they are short staffed.
I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt after several bad experiences, but after picking up the incorrect prescription tonight for the second time I've decided to take my business elsewhere. We've been taking our puppy here the past 8 months since adopting her and I've never dealt with such incompetent front desk staff at any establishment. Aside from the fact that they never go out of their way to be friendly or greet you, they always seem completely clueless. I can't even tell you the number of times we have calle... read more
