I have been a client of the Town and Country/Columbia Pike Animal Hospitals practice for 31 years. I won't take me pets anywhere else. The staff is professional and caring. The facility is modern and clean. They offer the best care. I've had to have 2 dogs put to sleep there in their old age and I received the most compassionate care and a sympathy card arrived in the mail a few days later. I rushed into the Town and Country vet with my precious kitty foaming at the mouth and throwing up. I had no ide what had happened. The staff was reassuring and helpful. They got us in to see a vet quickly and did everything they could to keep everyone calm. after 30 mins my kitty was fine and ready to go home. I plan on going here for all of my pets needs.

Phenomenal staff! I had an emergency with one of my dogs and they were able to squeeze us in. I cannot thank them enough! VERY fair pricing compared to other clinics in the area. Very happy!

I have been going to the Fx location for 23 years. On a rare occasion, i have gone to Columbia Pike for after hours/Sunday emergencies. Highest praise for Davis Hall and staff. Usually see Davis or Reed Hall, but last week ended up with Dr. Klein. She was awesome. Took lots of time with me and my dog, and didn't oversell diagnostic procedures. Prices are fair. Great tip: the Columbia Pike location is now open 24/7 and does not upcharge for emergency after hours visits.

Dr. Jacque Stahl is the best!!! Very compassionate, kind, and caring. Prices are reasonable and not a scam like most other hospitals and clinics. Definitely recommend her and this hospital.

If I could rate this clinic 10 stars, I would, and 100 for Dr. Klein!. Dr. K is the absolute best. My dog has cancer, and I have been continually amazed at how far above and beyond she has gone throughout the entire process of my girl's illness. She is amazing. It is evident she loves animals and is in the right field. The staff has been terrific as well. I've been going to Town and Country and Columbia Pike hospital for years, and I LOVE Davis Hall. I go to whichever one he is working at the time I need an appointment. He is the best. He doesn't push doing a bunch of (often unnecessary) tests, but he will tell you they're available. Whereas other doctors will want to run some expensive blood test, and try some middling drug to "see how it goes," which often means coming back for another exam and even more $$ and another med. I have been going to Town and Country for years......and love them. This staff is so friendly and helpful. My dog is my best friend and nothing less than the best will do for him. I call Dr. Davis Hall the "James Herriot" of Virginia. I feel blessed to have this practice to take my dog to.
