Going into my 4th year here. Dr. Davis Hall is just the best. He is so caring, smart, intuitive and just an all-around good person and fabulous Vet. I always feel my dogs get the best care when we see him and I get the best advice. Their pricing is very reasonable, extra testing is recommended with thorough explanations. Great place. the vets are professional and knowledgable, the staff is pleasant and professional, office is clean...I highly recommend this Vet office!
Love them. Sadly, we go there often and have had them perform some surgeries on our dog. They have always been kind to us and our "baby". They never perform more than they need to and are always so honest. We went to a bigger animal hospital before this and they were dishonest and even mixed our dog up with other dogs before and after surgery! We will stick with Town & Country for sure.
I cannot say enough how great this vet is! We recently moved to the area and I was not looking forward to finding a new vet for my two cats. I didn't have much of a choice when my cat decided to eat a Lily from my Valentine's Day bouquet after the petals died and fell to the floor. If you don't know, lilies are toxic to cats. 1. All the great things said about this place are true: I've been going to TCAH for a few years and have seen various vets. 2. I rate them high in all areas, including for being: prompt, courteous, clean, knowledgeable, considerate and good listeners! Overall, I feel I received value for my money here. 3. We went based on word-of-mouth recommendation and have not been disappointed. Professional, attentive, and quick, service (and bang for the buck!) can't be beat. We drive pretty far to use this vet and have been satisfied so far! Been using them for over a year.
I love this veterinary hospital! I've been using them for many years and am always surprised to get an appointment so quickly, sometimes the same day even in non-emergency cases. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful Town & Country is and I can't recommend them enough! Thought I was being smart. Bringing all 3 cats to vet at the same time. Um. Nope. Not smart. One cat peed in his carrier before we got here. What a mess. They cleaned my carrier for me with cheer! Wow! They also cleaned him off with some dry shampoo. Bonus! And they had Febreze in the room so I Febrezed my pants. And they gave me a towel for my pants too. Had a really great experience with Dr. Klein today. My cat had urinary tract problems and needed to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. She was compassionate, thorough and offered reasonable treatment options. Our cat was well cared for. They are open all day Saturday for regular visits, no emergency mark up. The invoice including prescriptions and ultrasound was really very reasonable.
