We discovered Serra Vets through Yelp and after reviewing what great things other dog parents had to say about Doctor Nat's practice, I decided to give them a call. Best veterinary hospital in the Bay Area; I cannot rave enough about Dr. Natt and his staff here at Serra! We found Serra after having a horrible experience at a different veterinary hospital and I can confidently say one of my dogs would not be here with us today if it was not for the extraordinary knowledge and care by Dr. Natt. What I love about Serra that you won't get at other (larger) veterinary hospitals (aside from very reasonable pricing) is the personable approach from their incredibly nice and caring staff. After I adopted my senior dog 2 years ago, Dr. Natt was able to help diagnose and treat numerous health issues. He always keeps me well informed of my dog's needs and the best options. The entire staff knows my name and my dog whenever I come to visit, which shows me how much they care!

Dr. Natt is fast, efficient, straightforward, and he doesn't waste your time. I've been to multiple vets, but I stopped and continued to take my cat here. The service here is great and the staff is so helpful and considerate.

That's weird about Robin M.'s review, my dog who is also not trusting and has separation anxiety snapped at the blonde front office girl when in an attempt to bring a box of dog food she rushed over to my truck with no regard of my dog next to me, and who had just had his muzzle removed from inside the vet. His instinctive behavior took over after a very well mannered visit in the vet. He got her pants with his teeth, but fortunately no skin. I'm puzzled that a "trained" vet employee would do this to a dog who has been there... read more

We have been there for years until recently they force us to change the time of an appointment scheduled weeks ahead, simply because they don't have earlier appointment and want to leave earlier. I understand that if there's something urgent and we can certainly reschedule the appointment. But for something like the excuse above, if we cannot come earlier then we should honor the original appointment. We will never be there and the vet is fine to infringe appointments and lose loyal customers just for leaving 30 mins earlier... read more

The hospital is immaculate clean and very experienced and caring team Will always recommend The pricing is very reasonable and the quality is high grade. They are never pushy in their dealings and always give you detailed information on everything they do for you. Also they do very wide variety of procedures Saves you time and minimizes stress

I had three cats. This is my summary of this "hospital" encounter: It took me 6 months to kind of stop crying and start saying something, and here is my email to them: Bubba died in Feb 2019. You were unable to diagnose him, neither to treat him decently while he was at your facility. $700 a visit for some unnecessary x-rays, and "nothing wrong with him, let's monitor, please come again (and bring more money) - doesn't make any sense to me or make me trust my other pets to you.
