My cat was experiencing a balding area near the base of her tail because she was biting it off. I was thinking perhaps a skin rash/fleas. I needed a vet to simply look at it and make some kind of diagnosis. I called the day before notifying them that she may be a bit aggressive and may hiss. They reassured me it's fine and they're experienced with handling more difficult animals. I want to thank the doctor and assistants who helped our cat peacefully leave this world. We came with our old and deadly sick cat who gave us all his love and happiness for almost 17 years. Currently it is curbside pick up service, but as soon we heard the medical conclusion from the Doctor, we had time to say good bye to our lovely cat outside the building. All conversations with hospital staff were highly professional. Specialists who work here are thoughtful and nice.

By far this is the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken a pet to for care. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and reasonably priced. Very affordable quality care. Dr. Natt is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We recently had to re-home our beloved eight month old kitten due to my health, and our kittens special needs. Called while I was trying to find a new vet for my kitten. The staff who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were a little but more pricey than other vets and after reading the reviews on here from owners with cats I ultimately decided to go with another vet.

Absolutely recommend this Vet. Dr Natt and his team are second to none. We recently moved here and needed to find care quickly to get a spleen removal after a small mass was found. They were able to get us in so quickly. We had phone consultations with Dr Natt and was able to schedule surgery quickly. The surgery and and results were a huge success. The entire team takes their time to talk with you and make sure all your questions are answered. We will be coming here for all our future vet needs.

I would definitely recommend this hospital hands down!! Ive had a relationship with Dr. Natt since my chihuahua was a puppy. She is now 15 years old with amazing health! The staff have treated my dog and myself with great care! Any questions or concerns I have they are always happy to answer and extremely helpful. I am so greatful for this facility because I have tried another hospital previously and had the worst experience and misdiagnosis. Kimmy is now doing great. She sometimes start a day early meowing for food or play. But most of the time she sleeps nearby us till we awake. During this pandemic remote work situation, time to accompany Kimmy is longer than ever. She likes to stay behind my laptop for few hours, and pick where ever she likes to sleep during the day. This is during a pandemic and they treated my Mom's dying 18 year old cat Bella so good today . We thought her nail started to grow into her paw pad but they helped us realize she just needed her nails clipped . My mom said she had a great time and that they're were super duper nice not to mention they got us an appointment within 24 hours . Thank you for helping Bella

Dr. Natt is wonderful. Our Shar-pei TED Loves Dr. Natt, and his assistant Jasmine who always helps us. Very understanding, and educated people and we always leave feeling great about our visit. Thanks guys!
