I do not have enough words to express my gratitude for Serra Veterinary Hospital! They saved our cat, Pancake, after she had an intestinal obstruction, but at a fraction of the price that other vets in our area offered. Pam took the time to respond all of the questions we had, even when we called after hours! Thank you for everything Serra Veterinary!

I rescued a cat and I pay for the plan that they offer which is not cheap kitty plan I paid like almost $400 dollars they told me that that the mat was healthy and that they where supposed to call me when to get the booster shot after a month took a sample of my cat poop and there was this women there whit the worst costumer Service she ask me like 5 times if I already paid when I paid the first time that I was there then I realized that the cat had worms and I call them so this other women told me that I supposed call them ... read more
We got ccl surgery from dr.Natt, he was the cheapest option we found. Unfortunately our dog got mrsa...which isn't his fault(who knows tho the place wasn't that clean (he didn't even have soap in the patient room). He lied to us and acted cocky saying he's dealt with it and could treat it. Later we found out from his wife he never dealt with this before. He gave our dog a medicine that was really really bad for her kidneys(which don't heal) and was insanely expensive. It didn't work and he even mentioned amputation...so we o... read more

We are first time dog owners + rescued a dog so we were expecting a comprehensive relationship with the vet. So, we chose this veterinary hospital because of the great reviews on yelp. Went to Serra two times. first for the initial consultation and then for another health check (and nail trimming). Both times there was limited communication and rushed. Dr Natt performed major dental surgery on my cat and everything he did medically was awesome. The one star knock off is for the COVID situation - pre pandemic was much less rushed and definitely more interactive. I do recommend them if you are looking for an extremely talented vet.

They helped my cat when he decided to eat the artificial tree and choked on it. The staff is friendly and they have same-day appointments for emergencies.

My cat was experiencing a balding area near the base of her tail because she was biting it off. I was thinking perhaps a skin rash/fleas. I needed a vet to simply look at it and make some kind of diagnosis. I called the day before notifying them that she may be a bit aggressive and may hiss. They reassured me it's fine and they're experienced with handling more difficult animals. I want to thank the doctor and assistants who helped our cat peacefully leave this world. We came with our old and deadly sick cat who gave us all his love and happiness for almost 17 years. Currently it is curbside pick up service, but as soon we heard the medical conclusion from the Doctor, we had time to say good bye to our lovely cat outside the building. All conversations with hospital staff were highly professional. Specialists who work here are thoughtful and nice.

By far this is the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken a pet to for care. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and reasonably priced. Very affordable quality care. Dr. Natt is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We recently had to re-home our beloved eight month old kitten due to my health, and our kittens special needs.
