We saw Dr.Natt for a consultation for a luxating patella on our 6 month old puppy. He was the third vet we saw for a consultation- one was a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. We debated UC Davis,too. We were skeptical when we drove up to the facility. It wasn't the fancy Sage or Adobe we were used to. To prove how good Dr. Natt and his team really are: I drive each of my dachshunds to Sunnyvale from San Carlos so they can have the best care at Serra Vet. Dr. Natt handled two very complicated dentals for two of my older dachshunds. Dr. Natt includes follow up visits in the initial price, should you need them. The office called to check up on the dogs after each dental and I felt like they truly care about the animals. I don't ever feel like they push for unnecessary work. I did my research before selecting Dr. Natt to perform my dog's TPLO surgery. It paid off because Dr. Natt and his team have been awesome. The surgery was 4 weeks ago and my dog, Zeus, is doing great. Dr. Natt and his team really cared about making sure Zeus had a great outcome, and they prepared me thoroughly for post surgery rehab. If I could put a rating higher than 5 stars I absolutely would! We found Serra Veterinary Hospital after the worst of the worst happened, my little puppy got injured and had a fracture to her growth plate, on top of an already existing deformity due to trauma in another growth plate. Not only was this vet the closest one at the time but without the staff and Dr Natt at Serra, my little puppy might not be walking on her legs as well as she's doing today! I am so glad I came across Serra Vetinary hospital! My 2 year old border collie tore her ccl and had to get tplo surgery. I was scared didn't know where to go I obviously wanted the best for my furr child. Pam was very helpful and answered all my questions when I called and was able to get me and appointment within 4 days! Dr. Natt is not like most vets; his main goal is to help your pet, not how much money he can drain out of you. Life has been better for me and my injured dog when I found Dr Natt of Serra Veterinary Hospital in Sunnyvale. We're Week 6 TPLO and my fluffy husky Jax is doing well with the guidance of Dr Natt from orientation and tips on what to expect during recovery and rehab. The staff is friendly & supportive during visits & phone calls. I wouldn't have done it myself without their guidance & support. As Dr. Natt said "the goal is to prevent re-injury and new injury." Your puppy love will be safe & happy with Serra!

This office and staff Awesome! I just moved here from San Diego and my dog got surgery right before i moved. I couldn't drive back to San Diego to have her stitches removed. I talked to my coworker and she recommended Serra Vet Hospital. I called the office and spoke to Pat , she told me to come right over. The staff was very professional and gentle with my dog. I look forward to seeing them again for my dogs annual exam. Thank You ;)

I've been a client of Dr. Natt for many years and he's treated multiple furry family members. One very impressive thing is that Dr. Natt is always staying on top of treatment options. He has multiple certificates for a multitude of specialties. That tells me he's always on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine. I feel so confident in his care of all my animals. They did a great job getting our puppy her exam and vaccines. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. Convenient location and easy parking.
