On January 2, 2020, my dog Abba underwent a Modified Maquet Procedure (MMP) under the skilled surgical care of Dr. Natt. She had injured her canine cruciate ligament over the holidays and wouldn't put any weight on her left rear leg at all. Not all veterinarian surgeons know how to perform MMP surgery, and my research showed me that some people have to travel a very long distance to find a surgeon to perform MMP surgery on their dog. This place was recommended by one of our friends and we have taken our pup to them since he was 10 weeks. It's a family run place and it shows in their genuine concern and care for animals. They have super friendly staff that are always available for advice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet.

We have been going to Dr. Natt for about 5 years now. He is an excellent doctor and the staff is wonderful. You can tell both the doctor and the staff care about the quality of care your pet gets here. His billing is more than fair. I would definitely recommend Serra Veterinary. Dr. Natt has taken extremely good care of our cat. We are very happy with Dr. Natt and his staff. Don and Bobbi, Sunnyvale.

Don't get fooled by Yelp review for this place. This is the worst Vet I've ever dealt with. THEY PAY PEOPLE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS HERE! The owner cares about nothing but money. They will lie to you to get you to pay more, especially the useless expensive ones. When you hesitate, they would use harsh language and expression to urge you to oblige. Horrible. Switched to a different vet a year ago and I can't be happier. This is a money-making facility that uses sick pets as money-making tools, not a vet.

I chose this vet location because it's the closest office to my home, but after multiple horrible visits, I've decided to travel an extra mile to an office MUCH BETTER. 1st red flag: The staff is somewhat friendly on the first free pet exam, but all of the following visits they're cold. The veterinary doctor seems to have no love for dogs. Maybe he likes other animals, but I don't see any kindness or heart for dogs. I gave this Serra Veterinary Hospital 5 stars because overall it deserves it! Daisy (1.5 years old/maltipoo) had a Luxating Patella surgery about 6 months ago due to a loose knee cap. When my dog started limping in mid April, I got so scared so I called Serra Veterinary Hospital right away and they booked an appointment for her on short notice. We have never visited Serra Veterinary Hospital, but we had an emergency and our regular vet was too busy. So, these wonderful people took us in at their busiest time to save our dog. My husband took our loving English Bulldog; T-bone for urgent care 3 months ago here. Unfortunately, T-bone passed away a month later. The staff was very empathetic and feeling toward our loss. I have been bringing several cats to Serra Vet and Dr. Natt over the past 4 years . Whenever I set foot in the office , I my pets and always enthusiastically and warmly greeted by Pam , the office manager , and the support staff : Jasmine , Kristin , and Alicia . Dr. Natt is an excellent veterinarian, he seems to always bring a very clear treatment plan when one of my cats is sick . He's always honest , to the point , and doesn't tack on hidden fees . Honestly, the staff was really nice and they even gave me a free first visit veterinarian check-up. I was gone for a weekend and found blood stains where my cat sleeps so I decided to take him to the Vet. But when I got home after paying $150 total in antibiotics and a recommended 10-minute Feline Aids Test, I looked closer at my cats nose to find he just had a topical wound.
