Awesome experience and wonderful team! I had called over 20 different vets in SF Bay Area looking for someone to perform an advanced TPLO surgery on my dog Jayda with no luck. After crying on the phone to the lovely receptionist at Serra, she reassured me we would be in the best hands and my dog would indeed walk again and almost fully recover. After researching and multiple vet consults, we decided to have our dog Avery's TPLO done with Dr. Natt. Everyone here made us feel at ease and Dr. Natt gave my husband and I all the data and numbers we wanted to know about risks/complications and suggestions for pre and post surgical care. I made over a dozen calls trying to find the best care for my 4 month old puppy with a fractured elbow, and I came across Serra Veterinary Hospital. They were able to get Dude in immediately, give me a realistic estimate, and proceed with the surgery the following day. Dr. Natt did a speculator job by giving my dog the best care I could ask for. We have gone to Serra Veterinary Hospital for the past 14 years. We have always been pleased with Dr. Natt's compassion and professionalism. He helped us through the difficult to decision to put down one of our kitties and a wonderful rescue dog that had given us much joy. We currently have two pets -- a ten year old kitty and a crazy ten year old border collie, Jasper. Our one year old Lab, Titan had TPLO surgery on 04/23. Dr. Nat and his staff has done a wonderful Job in taking care of Titan during the heeling process. Titan has started to jog now and on his way to normal Life. Thank you Dr. Nat and his staff for answering all the questions and paying attention to the details and making sure that Titan is recovering through regular checkup and follow ups. I would like to thank Dr. Natt and Pam for staying with me though the toughest time me and my pet had. My pet just went thru a FHO surgery and Dr. Natt and his team help us out a lot on pre surgery and post surgery. He is also very patient about explaining every details to me. He is a wonderful vet in this area. I would highly recommend them to propel who need the regular vaccine or professional done surgery. Thank you again Pam and Dr. Natt.

Went down to visit my sister in law and her dog ended up getting really sick. We called around and were able to get into Serra very quickly. Her dog wouldn't stop vomiting and was very sick. Start to finish - the whole experience was very quick, clear and friendly. My sister in law was understandably very distraught and the office made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommend this veterinarian!

Dr. Natt and his team have continued to provide medically excellent and compassionate care for our dogs over the years, and we count ourselves as very fortunate for having found them. By the way, that compassion is extended to us as well, especially since we've had some highly stressful situations, the gastric dilatation volvulus (bloat and torsion) from 2016 and last year's cancer scare for the same dog. Brought my dog for a first visit. Friendly staff. Was helped right away. The doctor was able to answer all of the questions I had. Will be returning in two weeks with a poop sample for another round of shot. Will update my review if anything changes. But so far great experience over all. Ohhh yeah, they even have a small agility course for dogs in the back. That was great!!!!!!
