Went down to visit my sister in law and her dog ended up getting really sick. We called around and were able to get into Serra very quickly. Her dog wouldn't stop vomiting and was very sick. Start to finish - the whole experience was very quick, clear and friendly. My sister in law was understandably very distraught and the office made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommend this veterinarian!

Dr. Natt and his team have continued to provide medically excellent and compassionate care for our dogs over the years, and we count ourselves as very fortunate for having found them. By the way, that compassion is extended to us as well, especially since we've had some highly stressful situations, the gastric dilatation volvulus (bloat and torsion) from 2016 and last year's cancer scare for the same dog. Brought my dog for a first visit. Friendly staff. Was helped right away. The doctor was able to answer all of the questions I had. Will be returning in two weeks with a poop sample for another round of shot. Will update my review if anything changes. But so far great experience over all. Ohhh yeah, they even have a small agility course for dogs in the back. That was great!!!!!!

I drove all the way from Oakland to Serra Veterinary Hospital because of the great reviews and service I received even before my dog had TPLO surgery. The doctor explained everything from the beginning, and had me watch a video on how the TPLO procedure works before my dog had the surgery done on one of her back legs. He answered all of my questions, gave clear instructions on how to care for her post surgery, encouraged me to call with any questions I may have, and directed me to resources if I wanted to do more reading on... read more

Dr. Natt and Pam are truly wonderful people with great compassion for animals. When our poor husky Ponyo completely tore his cranial cruciate ligament (ACL), we were beyond ourselves with concern and rushed to our local Banfield hospital to ask for a prognosis on his injury. When I thought all hope was gone to save my fur baby Howie...Dr. Natt and his staff saved the day...well saved How's life. Dr. Natt and his staff do what they do for their love of the animals. I am going to refer everyone who needs help with their pets when then feel lost. Rescue groups , people who feel no ones there for you...Dr. Natt and staff aill hold your hand and give you hope. My 10 year old lab tore her CCL and needed TPLO surgery. After shopping around on the web and finding Serra Vet Hospital who offers the same surgery and care as others that were double the price, I highly recommend them for the care of your pet. I want to write an update to let people know that a cat can fully recover from 2 broken legs. It has been a bit over six months and my Tai kitty is back to normal. He runs, jumps and annoys his sister Mai just like he used to. Thank you very much for looking after my cat cocktail Mai & Tai.

This is one of the best pet clinics in this area. Dr. Nat is very patient. I can also leave my dog with them as they have boarding. The staff is respectful and caring.
