Called while I was trying to find a new vet for my kitten. The staff who answered the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were a little but more pricey than other vets and after reading the reviews on here from owners with cats I ultimately decided to go with another vet.

Absolutely recommend this Vet. Dr Natt and his team are second to none. We recently moved here and needed to find care quickly to get a spleen removal after a small mass was found. They were able to get us in so quickly. We had phone consultations with Dr Natt and was able to schedule surgery quickly. The surgery and and results were a huge success. The entire team takes their time to talk with you and make sure all your questions are answered. We will be coming here for all our future vet needs.

I would definitely recommend this hospital hands down!! Ive had a relationship with Dr. Natt since my chihuahua was a puppy. She is now 15 years old with amazing health! The staff have treated my dog and myself with great care! Any questions or concerns I have they are always happy to answer and extremely helpful. I am so greatful for this facility because I have tried another hospital previously and had the worst experience and misdiagnosis. Kimmy is now doing great. She sometimes start a day early meowing for food or play. But most of the time she sleeps nearby us till we awake. During this pandemic remote work situation, time to accompany Kimmy is longer than ever. She likes to stay behind my laptop for few hours, and pick where ever she likes to sleep during the day. This is during a pandemic and they treated my Mom's dying 18 year old cat Bella so good today . We thought her nail started to grow into her paw pad but they helped us realize she just needed her nails clipped . My mom said she had a great time and that they're were super duper nice not to mention they got us an appointment within 24 hours . Thank you for helping Bella

Dr. Natt and the whole team are incredible and have given our German Shepherd, Sierra, a new lease on life (twice). Back in 2014, our GSD tore her CCL and required TPLO surgery. Because of Dr. Natt, she recovered quickly and has been enjoying hikes and beach trips for the last several years. A few months ago, our now 11 year old Sierra tore the CCL in her other leg. I took my cat to this hospital this morning for the physical exam, and wasn't happy about the visit. Overall l, I felt that the receptionist rushed us the whole time--which at first I did not mind. We came before July 4th and during COVID -19, so we did not mind to wait a little bit longer at all. However, during our entire visit, she was not very patient to answer our questions. The vet tech handling new patient intake was really trying to sell me medications/services, and tried to sell me a heartworm medication although my dog is already taking one (she lacked the knowledge to recognize that the medication my dog takes covers heartworm too). I was also surprised that she told me they wouldn't have time to request records from my dog's previous vet.
