Very expensive
I don’t understand the the prescription for Bears food, Hills science diet metabolic and mobility dry and canned cannot be faxed to chewy.com where we but it from. Why do we have to go out of our way just to pick up a piece of paper for food?

Just want to add one note. My experience with the DR. Was good. Just dont understand why I had to wait so long. I had 8pm appoinmwmt so I arrived at 745-750p there was no one in waiting room and I didn't get to see DR until almost 845. I dont know why just seems extremely excessive. Not great first impression.
Waited over 45 minutes to be seen at a 10am appointment. Received valuable information about my pet's needs. Pricing was super expensive and I had to pay for a test I didn't ask to have done.

My phone consultation with Megan King on Monday, March 11, 2019 was beyond unhelpful. On the call, she was rude and ill prepared as it was apparent she had not taken the time to review Mac’s medical record. Her manner was condescending manner which made the situation significantly more stressful. Mac has gotten care at Rau since I got him from PAWS over nine years ago. Dr. Rozak providing great care to Mac when I brought him the in for an emergency visit on the evening of 3/11/19. This was a great relief after the awful experience I’d had earlier with Dr. Megan King via the phone earlier that evening.
