Yes! I am still VERY upset and disappointment at the negligence of a young male Dr that our family pet Mittens was subject last year, in 2019 when we initially brought her in suspecting ear mites in one or both ears. Although she may have had initially ear mites and or/an ear infection the point is ...SHE could STILL HEAR! Upon his style of cleaning/flushing her ears out (too deep and too rough)and quickly shoving her back into her carrier. you took wonderful care of my kitty cat. Him and his brother loved the cat nip toys. they went crazy around the house with them. the only improvement is to make the results of the labs available online, through your portal. that would save me a trip having to come down to pick up a copy of the results for my records.

The portal is a third party portal that only shows medications and vaccinations. If need be, we can always email you lab results if they are imported into your file. The lady that took my appointment on the phone was nice and helpful. I love the doctor for Bubba. He listens and is very helpful. The lady that took my payment when I was leaving didn't even say anything to me after she handed me my receipt and wasn't friendly at all. That's my only complaint.

Had a problem with our cat yesterday and waited on hold for 35 minutes. Called back and explained I had a problem and was put immediately on hold again. Switching vets, this is untenable. Your vet staff is excellent but front desk staff is curt and unhelpful. Not the first time I have had trouble reaching anyone either nor is it the first time the front desk staff have been challenging.
