Felt like there was a lot of up charges and pressure to come back to do more...isn't there a charge for another examination?
Service was excellent, as always, but the facility was dirty, which was not great to see (floor, walls, corners, etc.) This would not affect my decision to return to Rau as necessary in the future

When I called I felt rushed on the phone. The reception staff did not feel welcoming when I arrived and when I checked out. As always, I felt the medical staff were fabulous with my pet. I prefer the reception that I get at Rau Too where I don't feel like a number and I'm known as soon as I cine through the door. The welfare of my pet at Rau Too seems to be important to all the staff. This doesn't seem to hold true at three main hospital.
I can’t seem to get the star rating to stay on, once l click back on the screen it goes back to all grey.

Thank you for seeing Blue on short notice. Dr. Mico Flasick was great with Blue and the treatment she prescribed is working well. We noticed him favoring his back left leg after we came home and the pain meds. have helped a lot.

Very expensive
The visit was overall a good visit, however I did take notice of a few details that were slightly concerning to me. The vet appeared to make eye contact mostly only with my husband while directing conversation and questions to him. My dog who is a year and two months has also has diarrhea (which started a day after the visit/vaccines).
