Nurses and Drs are fantastic. Front desk staff not so much. I had a terrible experience on Monday/Tuesday with rescheduling. The woman was not listening. after i repeated myself 5 times about when I needed to schedule l, I left in fristration. I left a voicemail for the office manager and I have not heard anything back. This is extremely frustrating when trying to deal with a very sick cat.
It was evening... there didn't seem to be much if anything going on. We were brought back 30 min after the 8pm appointment time... doctor came in about 15 min later for a 5 min exam. They were all pleasant. .. but I miss the small office on time appointment schedule atmosphere.
I am a new owner of a cat who has been a patient of yours for several years. Her previous owner informed me that she needed dental follow up and so she was scheduled. The former owner and I both called to let you know there was a new owner and still when I called to schedule the dental appointment you couldn't find me as the owner.
