Was left waiting for fifty minutes. When I asked why we'd been left to wait for so long I was told that no one communicated that we were waiting for our appointment. I had to cancel another appointment because of this and it's the second time this has happened. The doctor was great with my dog as always.
Our experience with Rau was a very good one. We have used other Vets in the area and did not have problems just wasn't happy with the driving distance, Rau is much closer. The Doctor we saw was really sensitive to our cats nervousness and was willing to wait for him to settle down a bit. I was very satisfied with the resolution of our concern bringing us in that day.
I don't agree that I should have to pay extra to bring my cat in because he's "SICK" when there are no appointments that day OR the next day. Human docs don't charge extra to see them when you're SICK. I have 7 cats mostly over 10 years old and I've come there for over 30 years. Seems like money has become more important than the pets at times.
Waited in an exam room for about 1 hour while my pet was having some tests done. No-one came in to let me know it was going to be that long. Ir made an already stressful situation that much worse. I didn't know if my pet was ok or not. I finally left the exam room to try and find someone. I saw the doctor who seemed frazzled and overwhelmed but She didn't come over to me.She might have been the only doc working at least that's how it seemed.we were told we would get a call the next day with test results but we were not calle... read more
Thank you to Rau for taking such great care with Ralphie when he needed an X-ray and wouldn’t cooperate. It is obvious that the employees care about the animals.
I called three times, was caught in a phone loop on hold every time. This has happened to me a lot recently. I have been at Rau 10+ years and someone always answered my calls. The front desk is different, and not in a good way.
Great docs but VERY Expensive!!
No one seems to be able to tell me who to all about when or where Rau Too will relocate to the Willow Grove area. The jenkintown location is too far to travel with my pet.
