Due to the COVID 19 I was not able to attend my visit with my dog, it was mandated that I wait outside, someone came outside and took the dog then walked inside then I was told that I would get a phone call for payment. The vet called to tell me that he was not able to take blood from my dog during the examination because he suddenly got aggressive. I have just a few minutes ago written you feedback. This visit was a good one, however, I called your number 3 times and was told that it was going to voice mail. I left my number and finally got out of the car and went up to the window to state that I had been waiting a while and no one was coming out. As soon as I said that, you got someone to come out. there was a phone issue that left me on hold for 15 minutes when i arrived for my appointment. when i finally hung up and called me back, the person answered argued a bit with me about how there was no one on hold instead of moving forward with getting the appt started for my sick cat. she did apologize later. the technician was kind helpful and friendly. if there's any consideration of video (zoom or something) for conversations with the doctor it would be very helpful. very difficult to go through the stress of a sick visi... read more
Although I was wearing PPE (as was the young lady who picked up my cat from the car), I wasn’t expecting for her to ask about what brought us in. I requested to speak on the phone. I was really uncomfortable holding a conversation with her at my car door, even though she approached from the other side of the vehicle.

I brought Sprout on Monday for a 9:30 am appointment, arriving at 9:20. I called in to report I was in the parking lot. I had to call twice, as the first time I was put on hold for a very long time. The receptionist took my information, vehicle I.d., etc, and said someone would be out shortly.
