Doctors have always been great. However, some of the other staff are less than pleasant. We are all struggling, don’t make our pets suffer.

Business response:

Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your note concerns us and we would love to talk to you. Please reach out to Amy or Barb at your convenience so we can understand. Thank you

On Tuesday I called to schedule an appointment for my cat. I learned there were no appointments until December. Before I could ask about purchasing Revolution the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and was told someone would get back to me the same day or the next to take the order for Revolution. When I didn't here back Wednesday I called on Thursday. Mimi told me you no longer sole Revolution and connected me to someone who explained how I could order it.

Hello, yes I would like to get some feedback. I have been bringing my animals to your clinic for many years and have always been very happy. Yesterdays visit with regard to your staff was exemplary. A five star. However the situation was far lower. This is because my puppy only needed to come in for his rabies shot which should have only been a nurse visit. But the receptionist insisted that I had to come in and have a full physician appointment because I did not want to give him a fifth DHPP shot and didn’t care to finish t... read more

my cat was traumatized. I am sending an email to discuss the issues. He was so upset would not eat, just sleeping a deep sleep no purring at all. I understand need for protocals due to virus but the pet does not know anyone in room and then you say he got upset. I think he was hurt during exam. Only reason he would become so scared. Need to be more understanding of the pet.

I tried doing this once already. I felt the pet was traumatized with your set up. I realize there is a virus but the pet is going in with no familiar faces. You said he became upset. I believe he was scared and hurt during the exam. came home refusing to eat all day, slept so heavy all day i was panicking. He couldn't even purr

It should not be so difficult to make an appointment especially when I have been bring my dogs to Rau for 19 years. Also when someone says they are going to call me back to make an appointment to get my dog neutered they should do it instead of reapetly putting me off. ?I may have to look for another Vet that will work with me and likes having me as a client.

For two years we’ve been told our dog Abbey needs to lose a pound from 8lbs to 7lbs. We try and it’s so hard to get her more exercise. She won’t walk more than half a block. I’d have to drag her and feel bad. Don’t know what else can do.

I appreciate the extra steps the staff are taking to avoid the possible virus exposure however I am wondering if all the people in the driveway at one time is possibly more of a threat to everyone’s safety.

Business response:

Thank you for the review, we appreciate it greatly.
