I was very happy with the care and the friendliness of the staff. I think you took excellent care of our puppy. I did they it was bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

First, I think you all are great. Second, these are strange times. That being said, it seems to me the practice is heavily loaded with communication tech yet you all are drowning in it. I get a voice mail from a tech asking for a pre-visit discussion about Luna. I call back to notify the office and no one knows anything about it but takes my info. I get to the office and call in and it as if I had never talked to anyone and so I give the info again. I wait for someone to take Luna and then get another call from the doc askin... read more

Made special trip to have my dog's annua lcheckup. Only to be turned away at the door who refused to check appointment calendar to verify that a had a rescheduled. Insisted that I call by phone insight of my informing her that I haft my phone at home. I called "Babra office manager who apologized and re scheduled me and my dog for another day. Should be screening every owner who comes in for recent travel and URI symptoms.
Although Dr Murphy was very patient, I still dont feel comfortable a solution isnt know. There has been multiple visits for same issue. If you cant own up that you dont have the knowledge to cure the issue then stop taking our money and refer us to a specialist that can. It's the same ol thing, let's TRY this and see what happens. It's a broken record.

After "knowing" their history you should say we dont have any idea how to properly treat this condition instead of finding a way of billing $191 with absolutley no definitive solution. Seems like all you're after anymore is the money without positive solutions. Maybe you need to get a skin expert on staff or someone's education enhanced.
Very unhappy with Wally's tail being shaved for pulse ox monitoring during dental procedure. Tail was very raw and got infected. He could barely walk due to discomfort level. Experience led to a steroid injection and two rounds of antibiotics and Apoquel, which I was required to pay for. Not sure why an area near the anus would be shaved (to the skin) unless absolutely necessary. Dr. Messina did a great job with Wally in these follow-ups and was very understanding. In my mind the infection was the result of a high bacterial traffic area being shaved. To my knowledge, this is an unusual location to place a pulse ox. I look forward to discussing more via phone.
