We'll be glad when the pandemic is behind us & we can come inside when our pets are seen/treated. The service is still great, but it lacks the personal touch of being there in the treatment room.

I requested my kitten have her nails clipped to the dr and the assistant and it was not done. I was not explained when I could drop off a stole sample. I have been coming to this office along time this is the first time I was disappointed

We have been with stay for 5 plus years now. I understand that with the pandemic, everything is pretty difficult and new. However, there was a lack of communication during my dog’s sick visit. The vet went ahead and performed an X-ray without asking us. Obviously, then charged us for said X-ray. I also thought the instructions for “drop off” were confusing. I miss Dr. Messina. He’s fantastic, listens to all of your concerns, and his thoroughness is unparalleled. I hope he’s enjoying his paternity leave but I wish we could have seen him yesterday. The nurse was great!

People were very kind. We got the information we needed. However, your prices are too high. This said, we will be looking for a different veterinary hospital.
My exotics vet is allowing 1 person per pet in the building. Yes he takes the pet in the back for the exam cuz he doesn't allow 3 people in the exam rooms hence no assistant. I am much more comfortable with an in person conversation. I realize he owns his own practice and can set his own rules but it is something to consider. Obviously masks are required. I glove also to protect you who are on the front lines. Only reason for the 4. Always get 5 star care from Jane and your excellent staff. Thx.

I do understand that you are larger and owned by a consortium. It would just be nice. Tony is traumatized every time you take him away. He's 17 and has gotten visibly older since Ricky passed. WAG was doing Ricky's acupuncture in the parking lot because of his unpredictability with things he didn't like away from me. Tony doesn't understand that I want him to see Jane for the best care. Nothing against my exotics vet but Mark and Jane have been caring for my animals since the dawn of time. Thanks for responding.
