I don't feel comfortable not being able to go into the clinic with my dogs. At this particular appointment my dogs received vaccines, which the both reacted to the next day. I wasn't able to even say what vaccine they had as I was not a active participant in the appointment and that makes me uncomfortable and nervous.
Dr Murphy was excellent with Maya. She tried 2 times to help before recommending a surgical procedure. The staff was super nice upon drop and pickup.
This is now the second time where I called to setup an appointment for time- critical tests or vaccinations and got an initially unacceptable response. In both cases, the first person who answered the phone told me she couldn’t do anything for me beyond putting me on a call back list. The xray quote is $110 more than I was told yesterday when I approved $250. I'm hoping Marley feels better tomorrow so I'm keeping a close ... read more

Making the appointment was a bit of a hassle this time around, but once that piece was done, everything went extremely smoothly and follow-up was quick and thorough.
I was very grateful to have my dog seen on the day I called about his first ever seizure. The doctor came out to the parking lot to speak with me, which was very compassionate and helpful. The only thing that could have gone better was hearing back about my dog's blood tests that night as promised. Since it was an emergency, I had hoped to have a little more clarity and sense of direction (for example, if he had been poisoned and I needed to have him treated, or something else the tests could have indicated). Perhaps the doc... read more
