Great experience.. knowledgeable and kind staff. The only reason it's not 5 stars is bc we can't go in yet but I understand the covid policy. Even with not being able to go in the staff made me feel comfortable.

My husband asked Dr. Kirkhoffer and then two technicians about our dog and never got a straight answer fro either of them. I was a little annoyed to hear about that.

My cat, Harriet, receives antibiotic shots by a technician every 6 to 8 weeks. I scheduled the appt this week after being on hold for 15 minutes. After several hours, I received a msg to reschedule the shot because Harriet was overdue for her annual exam. That call to reschedule also too 15 minutes. The actual appointment took 90 minutes...35 minutes for the office to even get Harriet from my car and another hour to complete her visit. Despite this, they neglected to give her the shot. It was my first visit. Even in the mist of COVID-19 restrictions, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. i watched how the staff handled the other dogs going in and out of the facility. The doctor based on her actions of calling me a couple of times about my senior dog (14 yr old Puggle), seem very caring and but me at ease. The payment method was easy. I did not like the idea of handing Bella over to a staff member. Why can’t one of us go in with our pet. We are all in masks.
