I would like to come in with my pet with a mask. One person should be able to come in with their pet. We can still wait outside and then pay outside the same as it is now.

There was no text, call, or email sent to remind me of an appotintment made 2 months ago. I missed the appointment and they stated they called but there was no voicemail left. I tried the entire pandemic just to get an appointment and always have been told the wait is over 3 months. I willnot be using your services since they are so challenging to access. I will be returning to Caring Hands instead.

I am always happy to come to your location, even under difficult times. The only problem I have is that I wish the cost of some of your services was discussed before I realize how much they are. Dealing with a phone call in a car is not the same as being in person and asking how much things cost. I just received a bill for nearly $500.00. I live on social security and a little savings. That is a lot of money and I know you don't like to have "pay off" deals but during these times, I do need more time to pay off. Hope this he... read more

II took my cat Pickles for physical and his ears I was told he lost 8 oz in a little over a year. I brought him inn a few days later to be tested for diabetes. Dr said needed a sterile sample of urine and blood test would be $195. After getting him back I called office so I could pay. Bill was $354.40. Please let me know why this was so expensive.thank you

I did not appreciate being charged $34 for only one of my two cats for a fecal test that was not performed & I do not want. I would like a refund of this charge.

I have had nothing but great things to say about Rau until my most recent appointment with Zelda on 1/15/20. I do recognize that my experience would have likely been better if times were different and we could have communicated face to face during this appointment. Two things: first, I was told that my cat has fleas. I got different information from the doctor and the nurse regarding what was actually found on her (bites vs live flea). I really hate to do to this, but we’ve been trying by to contact a vet at Rau for several weeks now. Emails are ignored, phone calls are unreturned, and no one seems to have any idea who our pet even is. We had been waiting months for an appt, our poor cat unfortunately passed away in early December, and we still cannot get in touch with anyone at the practice. I hate to give bad reviews to anyone but I’m not sure how else to get my message received at this point.

Had appointment at 2:00 on Friday, showed up at 1:55. At 2:30 still haven’t been taken in and no phone call. When I went inside said running really behind, had to reschedule because I can’t wait an hour just to start appointment. I understand things happen and you run behind but the courteous thing to do is tell me when I show up. Did receive a phone call and apology
