I really wish you had a separate building for cats. They are already stressed by being in a cage and the car ride, but then to have to hear a lot of barking dogs just adds more stress. I realize you also own the Cat Clinic, but I prefer your location to that one.
The only criticism is the 30 minute wait time past my scheduled time. I do understand why this happens and is understandable. Otherwise a very good visit.
I would like for the offices to open back up. I have yet to meet any of the staff.
I brought my dog in today after he had a injury and he was treated so well! They are a great veterinarian hospital and they are very kind as well as sympathetic with fur baby parents!
The wait was longer than I would have expected. It’s hard to wait for more than 20 minutes with a dog. But besides that, it was a great visit. Thanks!
Dr. Messina is great, certainly the best we've come across at RAU and will continue to see him. Overall, the practice tends to be pricier than most and it took WAY too long to let humans back in the building. I'm all for safety and I know the rooms are small, but having people in there masked should have happened well before July. It's why we put off care for our dog. She's too anxious to go in without one of us.
I think the care at Rau is exceptional. It has become very difficult to get anyone to pickup the phone. I'm often left on hold for a long time. It's also harder and harder to get appointments. I'm sure some of this is due to Covied complications. I'm sad because the customer service used to be pristine and very impressive. I think the medical personnel are outstanding in their care for all my dogs.
I have been a client for over 10 years and drive 25 minutes to Rau because of the love and professionalism my fur babies receive from the vets and staff. I am disappointed to say that I did not feel that love and professionalism yesterday. The vet appeared to be new and not confident. She had difficulty communicating recommendations and unable to answer my questions. She was asking the tech what needles she should use to draw blood and if she pulled the correct vaccines. If she was training the tech, she should have communic... read more
We are told in emails (one of which I received today) asking that we call first when we arrive for our scheduled appointment. Therefore, I called from the parking lot but got the answering machine. I waited to get a call back and never did. I asked people coming out if we were allowed to enter and they said yes. Once inside I was told you don’t have to call if you’re masked. I’m very happy with the service you provide for my dog but your email message is confusing. It would be very helpful to take out that sentence about cal... read more
