Very clean.A feeling of good home environment.
This visit was nothing like the last. To start there were issues with the computer so the doctor quoted history from another patients chart. My cat was a difficult patient this time around likely due to discomfort. The Dr. and nurses could not exam him properly or show me how to give him pills. I left with guesses and pain pills.
I’m grateful that you all were able to fit our new puppy in on short notice. Dr. Beradino is wonderful!! But today, I left phone and voice messages re: follow up meds that I was told to circle back on if needed and I’ve received no response. I’m not the only Rau client that has said administrative services have declined significantly since the shift. I have always loved Rau and my vet interactions, but the front desk services are less fine tuned.

I really appreciate allowing pet parents in with our pet now. It’s bad enough that our pet is going through pain or trauma not to have their owner there to comfort them. Don’t understand why we weren’t allowed during the pandemic, if we are vaccinated and wear a mask, should have been allowed all the while. Hopefully it will never go back to that.

I took Bella Catalafano for a physical and shots and to be expressed Her ears were not checked The expression was a disaster she was held in the air flailing and the expession .was not even compelted I have taken her for this procedure quite often and never had this happen.I was told to geive her 2 scripts before I bring her in to have this done. Why when there was never a problem bfore this
