I left my kitten in her carrier with a tech to retrieve her med records outside in my car. When I returned she was out on the exam table with the dr. The dr had in her hand a bottle of feliway spray and my kitten was subdued. I wonder if the dr sprayed her. IF she sprayed her she should not have. IF she felt the need to use anything on her she should have gotten my permission first. I did not ask her outright and neither did she explain why she had the feliway in her hand when I returned.

Always work with you as best they can to keep pets healthy. Although they are on the expensive side.
Haley anesthetist was wonderful as was dr Murphy with spaying of my two girls. Thought price was too high comparatively speaking though

I am waiting for a follow up call about the dental extractions. Receptionist left message with vet nurse to ask if the procedure is considered “urgent “. Currently no dental appointments for 2 months

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the waiting time in the waiting room. In all the years I have been going to Rau, I have always had to wait at least 15 minutes past my appointment time.

We are new to RAU. I had completed and faxed paperwork prior to appointment. The texted receipt of paperwork and then at my appointment the paperwork was lost. I contacted them about a few things and it was a mess to get things straightened. Last week I had 1800 pet meds request my dogs prescription and they haven’t heard back even though they have contacted RAU twice. I’m reconsidering using this practice if this is how disorganized it is all the time!
Waiting time was longer than the schedule appointment. The vet was very nice and answered all my questions. I do appreciate that she was able to give options to go on with my cat’s treatment.
