I love Dr. Rusnac… Your hours are amazing… You are very close to my home… But I am wondering if you couldn’t get more “clients“ if you had a separate fee scale for senior citizens. I can’t walk my dog, a girl named Charlie, because of recent back surgery and always arthritis. I arrived and checked in for my appointment was 7:40pm. My appointment was just for a quick blood draw with a nurse. At 8:10 I asked the front desk for an update and was told they were short staffed. At 8:20 the nurse came out and apologized and explained to me that no one had told her I was there. I am extremely upset about what happen at my last appointment. The nurse was great but who ever scheduled the appointment really screwed me over. I called a month ago to make an appointment for my dog Olive to get her second Lime vaccine. When i called they asked if there was anything else i needed checked out during the appointment, I said no. She told me the earliest available appointment was in October and i said okay. My daughter took my dogs yesterday for a yearly examination. It was extremely expensive for average care.

I was double billed for a fecal sample. Yesterday a woman was ringing me up and said she put it through but it was declined. So she said she put it through again, another $37.00 and it went through. Today I looked at my receipt and my credit card and I was billed twice $37.00 and $37.00.
I would have liked to have left with notes from Dr. King on the visit. The news that my pup has a heart condition was devastating and I would have liked to had the notes from the visit to go home with and better understand his condition and treatment. All other vets and specialists (and we have been to 3) give you the notes before you leave.
