I just transferred my dogs health care to Rau a couple of months ago because I moved. I took him there for his initial visit and had a pretty good experience. I called them this morning (around 8:15) to reschedule an appointment I had for tomorrow and the woman I spoke with was very unpleasant and rude and kept sighing during the call as if I was bothering her and practically hung up on me. Hi Rau Hospital, My last visit everyone was super great. However, I'm going to start taking Olive to County Line Veterinary Hospital. This is due to previous visits and financial constraints. You charge too much and my dog did not get a physical, just shots. No written notes from previous exam that we were following. Very disappointed

I don't think it is appropriate to be charged twice to give my two little dogs a shot -- especially when we were in the room for less than three minutes. I will not make this public but am not satisfied.
I love Dr. Rusnac… Your hours are amazing… You are very close to my home… But I am wondering if you couldn’t get more “clients“ if you had a separate fee scale for senior citizens. I can’t walk my dog, a girl named Charlie, because of recent back surgery and always arthritis. So she needs her nails clipped often. $25 is really not in my budget and I would really appreciate a lower amount for just a Manny Petty! I bring Charlie there for everything, or yearly physicals any issues she has because since my husband died of Alzhe... read more
