So many great things to say about this vet group. I've had Dr Robertson and Dr Wade- both have been really great. Every vet tech has been super sweet and had a great bedside manner with my puppy, George. We have been in 5-6x for a variety of issues and each time, they have spent time with me answering any questions and being very thorough. I just love Newport Harbor Animal Hospital! I have had only positive experiences. They take care of my 4 cats and they are very gentle, kind, and caring of my fur babies. I couldn't ask for a better Veterinarian help. Their prices are very reasonable and their front office staff are kind too. Can't recommend them enough.

I regret ever boarding my dog at Newport Harbor Animal Hospital due to severe signs of neglect. The management failed to care for our dog during her extended stay at NHAH, or to make the situation right. I thought that my Yorkie mix would be safe being boarded at a Veterinary hospital, but this was not the case. After a three week stay my 9 year old girl came back with over 20 massive and matted dreadlock-like clumps of hair, chew marks from removing her own mats, a rash covering her entire belly, and both ears infected. I previously brought in a puppy for a general health exam, and the vet told us he's completely healthy, with no concerns. Shortly after, he began to get SICK, so we decided to take him back. Upon arrival, they told us they actually got our puppy's tests MIXED up...and he turned out to have parvo. So they gave us another puppy's results instead of ours. Well I see I'm not the only one who is completely and utterly disgusted with this practice. I gave them a four-star review for sub-par service and care and I was promptly fired as a customer by the practice manager, Gina - who by the way is rude and disrespectful. NHAH has been so incredible to us! Ever since our pups first (and luckily only!) emergency, they have been an incredible support to us. As our pup is now older dr Osborne has been a great help in trouble shooting hip issues. She is so kind to our rescue pup and the staff is always professional, positive and kind. I love that they have extended hours and you can always text instead of sitting on hold. Their prices are competitive and I would (and do!) recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Ashburn is awesome. He has a 5* staff. Give's Bruin the best care. He truely cares about animals. Highly recommend him to everyone. Hard to find a vet like him. Front desk staff is very friendly.

Some of my favorite vets! I've been coming here for over 30 years. The doctors and staff are very helpful, kind and caring. Keeping my senior dogs happy and healthy. Several of my neighbors takes there pets here too.
