Your customer service sucks that's what happened! Back pedal all you want; In fact, your response is more aggravating than your garbage service. with such horrific service I would never waste my time again trying you guys! Hence the point of the review to warn others.
Unfortunately this place has a significant problem with staff and professionalism. You will call only to be put on hold, you'll wait 10 to 15 minutes to no avail They will then hang up on you. Lol unreal! You will then get a text about a half hour later asking you to text them to which they will not respond. Smh with confusion and frustration. Horrific customer service .
Established care here after moving to the area. The receptionist that answered the phone was rude and it was more difficult than it should've been to make an appointment. Wasn't stoked during/after our initial appt but this is just transitionary care as I'm in the area for work for a year. I brought my dog in for his annual visit at the very end of January 2025. He has been experiencing skin problems as part of allergies. The vet told us to come back if it gets worse but said he looks healthy otherwise. My dog's skin got w... read more

I have been bringing my dogs to NHAH and they have received excellent care.....until recently that is. I'm not sure what to write about first - the tragic $10,000 mistake made by Dr Toor? The suffering my brother's young Duck Toller endured as a result of Dr Toor's inexperience? Or the anguish of my brother and his children as their dog suffered a long and painful death. Ultimately, It all comes down to the low standard of care that NHAH has adopted. Dr. Toor, as I learned later, was right out of vet school. Not only... read more
DO NOT RECOMMEND -- Dishonest and Unprofessional Care I brought my 8-year-old dog here on a Sunday because my regular vet, Quail Hill Animal Hospital (the best vet practice I've ever experienced), was closed. My dog, who has never had accidents indoors, had two accidents in 12 hours and was also limping slightly. The tech's dismissive comment -- "So your dog's peeing a lot, that's the complaint?" -- was my first red flag. The vet spent no more than five minutes with my dog, said they did not Notice any limping (because the... read more
I've been going to this place for over 10 years now. I knew it was expensive but I tolerated it because it was near my house and the staff were nice. After COVID I notice all the old staff are no longer there and the new ones aren't as friendly. The quality of care has gone down significantly. The Vets are now all about making money and not caring for my pets at all. Pushing for all the unnecessary procedures. I just took my pet today for a skin infection checkup and one of the vets told me to buy a shampoo that is medicated... read more
I brought my cat here several times before we both moved. The staff members were kind and considerate, and whenever they were late for our appt, we got a small discount on the examination fee which was much appreciated. The only reason for not having 5 stars is that after moving, I reviewed my cat's medical records ahead of our next vet appt in the new area, and called to ask a clarifying point about a concern that was made note of on the vet report that wasn't clearly brought up during the visit. The receptionist was kind a... read more
Grace at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful. She carried canned food we purchased to the car for us because it was very heavy. Dr. Osborne is lovely and such a good listener. We and our dog were comfortable with her and our pup received excellent care. On another visit, the tech who took our grandpup to have his stitches removed after surgery was also kind and patient. Dr. Szebka called the day after we saw her to check on how he was doing. We really appreciated that. We will be back.
