Been taking my dog here since he's been a puppy. This place has gone down hill. Last few visit have been a joke and they only seem to care about money.

Dr Wind is an amazing person and a wonderful, caring Veterinarian. She takes her time to evaluate my 13 year old dog to make the best choices for her care. She also listens to my input. I would highly recommend Dr Sarah Wind.

I've never brought my pet to this vet before, but was so thankful to see that they were open at 7am on a Sat. I had to bring my dog in to be Euthanized. I was able to get an appt. Later that morning. The staff was very caring and kind to my dog and I. They provided comfort to me during a dark time and I'm thankful for that.

First time ever and never come back here. Can't believe after the visit they promised but never email me a receipt until I called in 2 days after. They never tell me they would charge me $28 per kitten for trimming their nails, but they only do the front legs. The back leg they didn't do it. They said they help but after that they charged. When I came in they didn't even tell me what they do. After they look at my kittens for about 2 mins they then came out with 4 papers quoting almost 2k for all the unnecessary service. When I moved from Costa Mesa I started going to another vet near my new house. I realized how much I missed the care at Newport Harbor and came back. My 3 dogs see Dr. Robertson and she is great! She answers all my questions and explains things clearly. Today I was concerned about my foster kitty who was just spayed. I was given some general advice about what to look for and when to bring her in if needed. I really appreciated their help.
