Excellent communication throughout the experience. I was nervous about handing over my old little girl to a stranger, but I went there on the recommendation of a friend. The staff and doctor were very kind and all recommended procedures were explained, complete with unrushed opportunities to ask questions. I have a high regard for Dr Wade having trusted my dogs in her care. I also have high regard for Dr Owen however I feel your services are over priced compared to many other pet care operations. I also am very upset do to no fault of NAH that we cannot come in with our pets when care or maintenance is needed. My dog is old and I will stay loyal to NAH because of the staff. If I get another pet I probably won’t use NAH. There are many businesses offering what you do at much more reasonable prices

Although I wasn’t able to enter the office nor meet the doctor because of Covid, I got very good service, prompt attention to both my dogs and myself. The doctor was not only understanding of my dogs needs and gave me directions to follow for the next week , but I never felt rushed in his explanations. When your dogs have X-rays it is important for the customers to see the xrays so they fully understand what, why, and where. I was given a very thorough explanation. I will go back to NHAH. Newport Harbor Animal Hospital has been nothing short of AMAZING when it comes to my cat Pinky since she's been seeing them for her IBD which did turn to lymphoma but is now in remission due to their quick acting & knowledgeable staff. I appreciate how they've worked with me every step of the way & have explained her blood tests & ultrasound results & have answered every question I've had along the way. I highly recommend this place for your beloved pets.
