Almost 2 months ago, I had to put down my sweet orange tabby Tony due to kidney disease . He was still very young but I made sure to give him the best life I could . All of his appointments for blood work were with our favorite Dr Akashi. She always did her best to offer the best treatments for my Tony and also made sure he was at a comfortable state. Took my dog in to have ears checked, as he was scratching a lot. Dr Owen biopsied. Yeast discovered. Treated both ears. Exam very thorough. Dr Owen and all staff professional and pleasant. Always feel my dog is well taken care of when consulting NHAH. Thank you All :))

Had to put my elderly cat down and was helped through the process by an extremely kind, caring, sympathetic, and knowledgeable staff. A really painful process was aided by everyone we came across at the clinic and I would highly recommend the hospital for animal care in any level.

I recently made an appointment to board my dog for one night on July 4th. I received two confirmations. When I went to drop her off the facility was locked and the lady at the front desk told me they were closed and management told her I could not leave my dog. This caused an undo hardship. When management called me (at my request) I asked for one or two nights of boarding to compensate for the hardship. She was shocked and rude. She said the most she could do was a $20 credit. We recently had to do one of the hardest things a dog owner has to do: put our sweet dog down. He was 17 and he stopped eating and drinking, his body was giving out and he just wasn't there anymore. I really didn't want to put him down and just let him pass naturally but I read it's more humane to let them go and help them pass peacefully. Now I understand why so many people i know go to this vet. This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice and more importantly they really care and we're so great with my dog Otis. My regular vet was unexpectedly closed and I am so happy that I was able to get into see this vet. 10 stars!!!
