RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Ashbran for about 15 years and he has cared for my small poms well into their teens from when they were puppies! I LOVE Dr. Ashbran - he cares so much for my pets, always checks up on them and gives me great advice. I can't tell you how many friends that I have referred to him, but they too love him and everyone there. I have nothing but the kindest things to say about these wonderful vets! They are the best! There is no better place to take your babies than here! 🐹🐻

I’ve come to NHAH for over 25 years and always recommend them to friends because of the positive experiences I’ve always had and the great care my dogs have received there. NHAH is open every day and there are always multiple Veterinarians available whether you are a walk in or have an appointment. They are even staffed on Sundays! Convenient hours, caring staff and easy to find I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my dog. Highly recommend.

We've been coming to Newport Harbor Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. The fact that they're open 7 days a week is super helpful since our little Papillons always seem to have something happen on Saturday or Sunday. The vets, technicians, and office staff are all so caring always taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We trust these guys with our little ones!

We have been bringing our many dogs (30 years of Brittany Spaniels and most recently, Miniature Schnauzers) to Newport Harbor Animal Hospital since the mid 70's. We love and trust the vets at this hospital. They have been extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in every situation we have worked through with our many dog children over the years. The technicians and office staff are well trained and always helpful and supportive. We love our dogs and feel we have chosen the best for them.

My pug Finnegan is a frequent flyer to NHAH and we see Dr. Ashbran. I think the other doctors are good as well but I schedule specifically with Dr. Ashbran because he is familiar with my baby’s health history and my dog LOVES him! Finn has had multiple procedures done here and I know that they take extra good care of him. I also really like Michelle and Lauren who seem to understand how hard it is for me to leave my pug for treatment. The front desk staff is so sweet and accommodating, and the Dr.'s are the best I've ever had the opportunity to meet. Dr. Wade is the one who cares for my big cat ( all 4 of my cats) and I love how much she really cares about them. They are all very willing to share information and make sure I am comfortable with whatever diagnosis and information they offer.
