First I'd like to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my cat, Mongo We were instructed by another vet to transfer our poor boy to another hospitals for overnight observation after a very traumatic night/day, he was suffering from a blockage. NEWPORT HARBOR ANIMAL HOSPITAL not only got us an appointment but treated us like family. Our little guy is already making strides after all the info the doctor has provided for us. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The veterinarians and techs are true animal lovers and care for cats and dogs so much. Dr. McDaniel and Dr. Bates are amazing and very thorough. Highly recommend this place!!

Newport Harbor Animal Hospital is amazing. The staff is well trained. They always remember our names and concerns. They are patient and caring. I honestly hate having to go to the vet; however, its not so bad when they treat everyone so well.

Man, cannot express how much we love Newport Harbor Animal!! We have gotten close because my baby girl Piper has had a series of events that required their attention. And they gave it with love, care and consideration. Everyone is amazing!!! Massive shout out and big ups to the wonderful Brandon!!! Piper barks about you every day . We appreciate the love!!!!

Excellent service & staff! Helped my very shy and nervous fur baby feel so comfortable. She came in barking like crazy "Where did you take me mom!!" to so calm and happy, wagging her tail and not barking at the staff anymore. My GSD can be a little intimidating, but these girls handled her like a pro! Definitely my new veterinarian!! Oh & accommodated same day appointment, this is what really brought me in. Thank you NHAH!

Dr Osborn is young but very wise, kind and smart beyond her years, she is giving me faith in the next generation of vets! My experience was extremely positive and I have faith now my beloved Dalmatian will live to see his next birthday. I highly recommend driving out of you way or area to use this vet hospital I was so disappointed in my local vets in the Long Beach area and the lack of service and reasonable prices. Thank goodness I found this place! Jake sends his love and appreciation!

I have left another 5 star review for this hospital, but an update one is warranted. I live over an hour away from this hospital but it is SO worth the drive. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, open, and straightforward about the care my dog needed. I've worked in the animal industry for almost 9 years, but this team blows me away every time. They are way above and beyond industry standard. I highly highly recommend them to anyone with pets.

Lol my og review was vulgar? Really funny at best and true. This place is pathetic. Certain doctors have a serious attitude problem and is just plain awful. Not 1 oz of compassion considering all the factors at the time. Instead I was repeatedly shamed and jerked around only so they could get more money from me. Very unorganized - Sent home dirty used oral medicine shots. Like I said - DO NOT GO HERE! IYKYK

My 12 year old cat was very sick for a year. I took him to five different vets, none of whom could diagnose him properly. When he started bleeding from his nose, in addition to the mucus drainage he had for quite some time, I was lucky enough to be able to see Dr. Osborne at Newport Harbor Animal Hospital. She is the only vet who went the extra mile and biopsied the fluid coming out of my cats nose. The diagnosis came back, she prescribed the right medication, and within two weeks he was fine.
