These guys are consistently the best veterinarian clinic I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and the doctors are so knowledgable and efficient. My dog and cat are my everything (like with so many other pet owners), and I feel 100% confident putting their care in Newport Harbor Animal Hospital's hands. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Very unprofessional, and horrible customer service. They are dishonest and looking at the reviews below it looks as if I wasn't the only one. I wouldn't recommend this hospital unless you want to be told one thing than a other. In regards to the hospitals response, Instead of posting a reply you could of messaged me personally and resolved the issue. Yes my fiancé and I saw Dr. Zebda and you wouldn't have me on file since my fiancé made the appointment. Not here to have an argument just here to Let people know my experience.

Well I just got robbed by this place. Called at noon and asked them very specifically if they would administer a specific shot for me, the receptionist said she'd ask the dr, she asked and cane back and said, "the dr said sure, as long as everything else looks good and the dog is healthy, she has no problem doing that." So I leave work, do 1.5 hour round trip drive to Costa Mesa and back and spend $100 on an unnecessary visit for the dr to tell me she doesn't agree with that injection. We are sorry to hear about your frustration. During a consultation with our specialist Dr. Sebzda, she provides care and considers all options for fertility/infertility issues in pets. There will be situations where she decides that something is not a good medical option. These decisions are made after a thorough exam and reviewing a pets history. We always have the pets best interest in mind when making all decisions.
I really appreciate NHAH and the staff! They call back and actually discuss things, no rushing me out or dismissing my opinions or concerns. Polite, friendly, accommodating. I started her in the '70s with Dr. Tim Donnelly. Now we're back and happy to be.

It started with the woman who answered the phone - she was professional AND caring and personable. She was apologetic that I had to wait a day to be seen but that was fine by me and the issue my 16 year old cat was having - there was no emergency. Dr. Ashbran was so thorough in checking our cat and explaining his findings. I have to say their communication is top-notch. Wouldn't trust any other place with my pets. Dr. G is our go to for my kitty who gets sick often due to his compromised immune system. She's always thorough with his exams and goes the extra mile to make sure he's comfortable. The front desk staff are out of this world amazing. So friendly and kind, and we're all on a first name basis. This place is so smoothly run, not like chaotic other animal hospitals that make you wait 3+ hours. When we go here we feel like family. Love these people!

5 Stars for Dr. Renee Owen. Compassionate, knowledgeable (Diplomate), meticulous, and simply the best ever. There are a number of vets in the practice which makes for convenient hours and 7-day/week service. I go back three sets of owners (1981), and while I felt more comfortable with the last owners (probably because I had known them for 30 years), as long as Dr. Owen remains there, we will continue to schlep our 4 cats (all howling on the 45-minute car ride) to see her.

My five month old golden retriever puppy is currently suffering from a severe infection all over her leg because of Newport Harbor animal Hospital. When I first brought her there for her vaccines not only did they not keep a record of the docs things that she got but they skipped a vaccine and because then it was shot into her with another vaccine she got a severe reaction on her back leg from Matt.
