Took my pup here for the first time last week and the transition was super simple. This place is alot closer to home than the last vet, so we are happy for that. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We went during the covid-19 and social distancing, so a staff came out to get my pup from the car and then the Doctor called me to get history and tell me how his check up went. I have been coming here for a few years since I got my first cat, Cosmo and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors have just been outstanding. The costs are a little higher but in my opinion it's 100% worth it to have the peace of mind knowing my kitties are in good, loving hands. Newport Harbor Animal Hospital is more than 5 stars. I would give the front office staff and doctors a 10. Saturday morning my mother's Yorkie had bleeding from the rectum My mother's vet was booked and on Saturday they close early. A wonderful neighbor recommended NHAH. We were given an appointment within an hour! Not only are they open regular hours on Saturday but also on Sunday! Amazing!! This is the absolute best place to take your 4-legged family member. I brought my 2 dogs in to prepare for a big trip to London and Dr. Wade and her amazing team were wonderful. Joyce who greeted me in the front and helped us to a room since one of my dogs has some anxiety being on leash. Everyone was so calm and patient If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely love this veterinary hospital!
This hospital definitely cares about your pet and will do everything they can to make sure your pet is healthy and happy. My 12 year old Beagle sadly would have passed away long ago from multiple issues if it wasn't for this hospital.

These guys are consistently the best veterinarian clinic I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and the doctors are so knowledgable and efficient. My dog and cat are my everything (like with so many other pet owners), and I feel 100% confident putting their care in Newport Harbor Animal Hospital's hands. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Very unprofessional, and horrible customer service. They are dishonest and looking at the reviews below it looks as if I wasn't the only one. I wouldn't recommend this hospital unless you want to be told one thing than a other. In regards to the hospitals response, Instead of posting a reply you could of messaged me personally and resolved the issue. Yes my fiancé and I saw Dr. Zebda and you wouldn't have me on file since my fiancé made the appointment. Not here to have an argument just here to Let people know my experience.

Well I just got robbed by this place. Called at noon and asked them very specifically if they would administer a specific shot for me, the receptionist said she'd ask the dr, she asked and cane back and said, "the dr said sure, as long as everything else looks good and the dog is healthy, she has no problem doing that." So I leave work, do 1.5 hour round trip drive to Costa Mesa and back and spend $100 on an unnecessary visit for the dr to tell me she doesn't agree with that injection.
