They closed my file because of the one star review of my husband for them for our last visit when he felt he was treated rudely by a girl called Gina, and then after his review, they called me and said that they will send me the history of my pets and asked me not to take them there anymore, but I leave them a 5 star review to just show my respect and gratitude to Dr. Wade.
Loved the care this vet provides to your pets. They also allow owners in with their pets so long as you're wearing a mask. This was a game changer after calling 15 other vets in the area.
Where do I begin? Well, despite the fact that in the past they have repeatedly mixed up my mom's and my account. They even examined my dog and thought it was my mom's dog the whole time until check out when I noticed it said that my dog was a jack Russel terrier and 5 years younger than my dog. They would also always accidently charge my credit card for my mom's exams with her dogs. Anyway, that is just kid's stuff compared to recently. My dog had bloodwork ( no one told me he should be fasting). After spending $400 the vet ... read more
My baby Duke was a patient at another Vet since we moved from the east coast over five years ago. It was the first one I found but I didn't love them. The one time he stayed there and when I picked him up he paws were raw from being dragged outside. (Duke was not a walker when he didn't want to or was not comfortable) We stumbled about NHAH in July after we rushed him to the Emergency Room for a lump on his head. My first interaction with the front desk and Dr. Owen was refreshing. I wished he would of been a patient there a... read more
If zero stars were an option I'd choose it for this practice. They're rude & slow, and when you're maybe 3 minutes late and sitting in their parking lot texting them to check in, they deny you your appointment with zero regard for the way they just exploded your week. We needed this appointment for puppy shots as we take off to travel for the holiday tomorrow. They are inconsiderate, and give very poor service. They can make you wait long periods of time, but if you're a few minutes behind they cancel you. You can't operate ... read more
Dr. Wade was absolutely incredible. We adopted a senior cat Harvey 2 1/2 years ago. At first he seemed happy and healthy but sadly he took a turn for the worst this year. We took him here at the beginning of the year when he first got sick and he seemed to get better. However a few months ago his health went down hill again. Sadly we did have to say good bye to our beloved Harvey And let him cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Wade took the time to explain every thing to us and was incredibly compassionate. She even called us on h... read more
I took my 12 week old puppy in for boosters and have nothing but good things to say. The clinic was clean. The check-in process was easy. All the staff were friendly, including the front desk and technician. Dr. Ashbran was wonderful. Talked through all his puppy shots, feeding recommendations, and more. It's so nice to find a new clinic I can trust to the best interest of the dog in mind.
Simply put, my dog has seizures. I was hoping the owner would empathize but instead turned down my poor Skyler's service because I asked the front staff to submit to my receipts insurance carrier. I asked questions because it's my first time every having a pet and he sent me a letter denying my poor pup. HOW do you deny an animal service?? I do not want someone responding to my comment with an I'm sorry or any responses please. The public needs to know the truth...
If you love your companion this is the place to take them. I've been in twice in the last three years and wouldn't hesitate to bring my little guy in even if it was something small. Every time I've come in I've been cared for so well and have been confident in the result. They are absolutely the best.
