NHAH is unprofessional. Two TCI's were performed by Dr. Mary Sebzda. The first was recorded in detail while the second was noted as "TCI". The cost was the same for each procedure. The TCI was successful. At 2 days old, Dr. Sebzda docked the tails and removed the dew claws. I had marked the tails and was told to sit in the waiting room. 4 of the seven tails were too long. I've been taking my Pomeranian Wesley here for most of his life and I am more than satisfied! I recommend them to anyone who asks me because they go above and beyond to provide comprehensive services, while still being conservative. The staff has always been kind, professional, and very helpful. All of the doctors and techs are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Wesley thrives because of the extra care and attention they give!

I highly recommend Dr. McDaniel. Today was my first time working with him. Now I will always request him! Normally when I bring my dog to this vet, she freaks out and gets super anxious, but Dr. McDaniel was very gentle and patient with Ella which actually allowed Ella's normal personality shine through. At one point she was even wagging her tail and smiling which I've never seen her do at the vet before. I absolutely love this Veterinary Hospital! The staff are always so nice and accommodating. I currently take my own cat and husky here for all of their needs and my fiancé will be taking his dog soon as well! I recommend this hospital to everyone who has a pet, I couldn't be more happy with the service they provide and the care my pets receive each time they go in.

You know how some businesses started a COVID protocol to reduce contact with people and realized that they really liked it? That's what has happened to NHAP. It's a drive-thru vet. I brought my 10 week old puppy in today for her first round of shots. I had several questions that I was waiting to ask the vet: fecal results that no one had called me about, sleep issues, crate-training issues, food issues. Hi Traci, It is true that when a client calls for an appointment for vaccines only, we do schedule that appointment with a technician unless the client requests to see a veterinarian, or the patient is on the puppy program. We are always happy to accommodate our clients in anyway possible. They are always on time with appointments, adore my pup, and answer all questions via phone and text quickly. I asked quite a few in the appointment and they were not bothered by my thoroughness. When I brought in my pup for diarrhea, the doctor went through all the possibilities and gave me many recommendations for treatment. Followed it to a T and within a week, she is feeling loads better! I can't recommend this place enough.

They have knowledgeable doctors who do a thorough examination of your pet and then explain their diagnosis and treatment options that a layman like myself can understand. Their prices are competitive and the facilities are clean and modern. I wouldn't trust my dog's care to anyone else but NHAH.

Veterinarians and staff were very nice. Well organized. Best of all my anxious dog liked liked the veterinarian. He is a special breed with a special health history and the issue was resolved. Pricing was a little on the high side.
