You know how some businesses started a COVID protocol to reduce contact with people and realized that they really liked it? That's what has happened to NHAP. It's a drive-thru vet. I brought my 10 week old puppy in today for her first round of shots. Hi Traci, It is true that when a client calls for an appointment for vaccines only, we do schedule that appointment with a technician unless the client requests to see a veterinarian, or the patient is on the puppy program. We are always happy to accommodate our clients in anyway possible. They are always on time with appointments, adore my pup, and answer all questions via phone and text quickly. I asked quite a few in the appointment and they were not bothered by my thoroughness. When I brought in my pup for diarrhea, the doctor went through all the possibilities and gave me many recommendations for treatment. Followed it to a T and within a week, she is feeling loads better! I can't recommend this place enough.

They have knowledgeable doctors who do a thorough examination of your pet and then explain their diagnosis and treatment options that a layman like myself can understand. Their prices are competitive and the facilities are clean and modern. I wouldn't trust my dog's care to anyone else but NHAH.

Veterinarians and staff were very nice. Well organized. Best of all my anxious dog liked liked the veterinarian. He is a special breed with a special health history and the issue was resolved. Pricing was a little on the high side.

They closed my file because of the one star review of my husband for them for our last visit when he felt he was treated rudely by a girl called Gina, and then after his review, they called me and said that they will send me the history of my pets and asked me not to take them there anymore, but I leave them a 5 star review to just show my respect and gratitude to Dr. Wade.
Loved the care this vet provides to your pets. They also allow owners in with their pets so long as you're wearing a mask. This was a game changer after calling 15 other vets in the area.

Where do I begin? Well, despite the fact that in the past they have repeatedly mixed up my mom's and my account. They even examined my dog and thought it was my mom's dog the whole time until check out when I noticed it said that my dog was a jack Russel terrier and 5 years younger than my dog. My baby Duke was a patient at another Vet since we moved from the east coast over five years ago. It was the first one I found but I didn't love them. The one time he stayed there and when I picked him up he paws were raw from being dragged outside. (Duke was not a walker when he didn't want to or was not comfortable) We stumbled about NHAH in July after we rushed him to the Emergency Room for a lump on his head. If zero stars were an option I'd choose it for this practice. They're rude & slow, and when you're maybe 3 minutes late and sitting in their parking lot texting them to check in, they deny you your appointment with zero regard for the way they just exploded your week. We needed this appointment for puppy shots as we take off to travel for the holiday tomorrow. They are inconsiderate, and give very poor service. Hi Jessica, When a client is more than 10 minutes late, it then makes the following appointments that day run late (which is unfair to the clients that are on time.) We would have been more than happy to reschedule you, but you left so quickly. That being said, we have zero tolerance for anyone cussing at our staff, and making the clients in the lobby feel uncomfortable or possibly unsafe.
