Dr Osborn is young but very wise, kind and smart beyond her years, she is giving me faith in the next generation of vets! My experience was extremely positive and I have faith now my beloved Dalmatian will live to see his next birthday. I highly recommend driving out of you way or area to use this vet hospital I was so disappointed in my local vets in the Long Beach area and the lack of service and reasonable prices. Thank goodness I found this place! Jake sends his love and appreciation!

I have left another 5 star review for this hospital, but an update one is warranted. I live over an hour away from this hospital but it is SO worth the drive. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, open, and straightforward about the care my dog needed. I've worked in the animal industry for almost 9 years, but this team blows me away every time. They are way above and beyond industry standard. I highly highly recommend them to anyone with pets.

Lol my og review was vulgar? Really funny at best and true. This place is pathetic. Certain doctors have a serious attitude problem and is just plain awful. Not 1 oz of compassion considering all the factors at the time. Instead I was repeatedly shamed and jerked around only so they could get more money from me. Very unorganized - Sent home dirty used oral medicine shots. Like I said - DO NOT GO HERE! IYKYK

My 12 year old cat was very sick for a year. I took him to five different vets, none of whom could diagnose him properly. When he started bleeding from his nose, in addition to the mucus drainage he had for quite some time, I was lucky enough to be able to see Dr. Osborne at Newport Harbor Animal Hospital. She is the only vet who went the extra mile and biopsied the fluid coming out of my cats nose. The diagnosis came back, she prescribed the right medication, and within two weeks he was fine. worst service. longest wait times - both in person and on the phone. takes forever to do a simple pick up and drop off just for boarding. also way more expensive than the vet i ended up switching to at Costa Mesa Animal Hospital.

I've been taking my dogs to NHAH for almost 20 years now and have never considered taking my pets anywhere else. The doctors are great and the staff/techs are efficient and knowledgeable. They provide a wide range of vet services as well as boarding. Everyone is very helpful, nice and good with the animals. And during these crazy times of COVID, they are as careful about keeping staff and visitors safe and healthy as any place I've been. I highly recommend NHAH for your veterinary needs.

NHAH is unprofessional. Two TCI's were performed by Dr. Mary Sebzda. The first was recorded in detail while the second was noted as "TCI". The cost was the same for each procedure. The TCI was successful. At 2 days old, Dr. Sebzda docked the tails and removed the dew claws. I had marked the tails and was told to sit in the waiting room. 4 of the seven tails were too long. Dr. Sebzda is very experienced in tail docking, and understands the extreme importance of doing it correctly per breed standard.
I've been taking my Pomeranian Wesley here for most of his life and I am more than satisfied! I recommend them to anyone who asks me because they go above and beyond to provide comprehensive services, while still being conservative. The staff has always been kind, professional, and very helpful. All of the doctors and techs are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Wesley thrives because of the extra care and attention they give!
