Get directionsTo put it shortly, don't bring your dog or animals here because this practice (not the vets, but administration team and even the technicians) are quite negligent in their work. I took my dog there and do not feel safe having them treat her further. They only have 1 vet who is qualified to do ER veterinarian work out of 10 doctors in this clinic/hospital. I brought my dog in since she was whimpering in pain and she is not a very vocal dog. After we talked to Dr. Simpson (who is no way the bad person in this scenario, he a... read more
If you are planning on coming here even for an emergency. Read this review. Then read the other real 1 star reviews. If you read the reviews here then compare to other vets you will understand why you should never bring your pet here. If I read the reviews beforehand I would NOT have brought my now deceased pet here. This place has a history in pet deaths after treatment. If you scroll through the reviews you will see that several dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, a lizard, and a bird have been killed here after receiving treat... read more
Paid almost $1200 for this attitude and rude service from the lady who named ALEX. Went here around Midnight for remove my cat suture and met a rude lady who named Alex. She said we need to wait 3-4 hours just for removing our cat suture. As we were told before that we can come anytime for the suture remove and NO ONE METION THAT WE NEED TO WAIT 3-4 HOURS JUST FOR THE STITCHES REMOVAL. We drove 1 hour to here and need to back home because no one want to wait 3-4 hours just for stitches removal. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. They were... read more
I had to take my dog here for a broken bone. I signed up to be seen by them regularly since I'm new to the area and didn't have a vet. I am switching to someone else ASAP. Over the course of 12 weeks, I don't feel listened to; I keep getting conflicting instructions for taking care of my dog's slow healing bone, I feel like they want to sell me stuff but don't want to explain. I will agree to purchase a product, pay for it, then receive a bag with the wrong product inside. The techs are short tempered and immature when face... read more
They were ok when it came to my Shih Tzu. They were reluctant to do all the tests we needed for my baby who I picked up from a pet sitter with two dislocated hips. They only diagnosed one. She also had extreme diarrhea and they refused to prescribe an antibiotic to help her. I went to a different vet hospital and they gave her the antibiotic immediately. I have never been back to this veterinary hospital.
The attitude of their operator was very bad. She hung up without listening to my words. My dog went to the emergency room today. Because they entered the wrong birthday information, I contacted them to resend the invoice to my email. The other party claimed that it would take 24 hours to process this request. I was very urgent and needed this to deal with the dispute of the puppy being bitten. Then I said that I would report your attitude and the invoice was sent to my email immediately. This attitude really makes people f... read more
Nursing and vet staff are terrible and irresponsible and revenging .when you ask questions for clarification, nurse comes and offer you to go to other hospitals around as your options. Lack of passion and sympathy.
I took my poppy to this hospital Sunday morning on 04/14/2024 at 11:45. Sergio at front Desk informed me that it takes 20-30 minutes. We waited in the car and got the call time to see the nurse Lauren. She took poppy in and came out said vitals are normal and little elevated temp. She stated then takes up to 1 hour. asked her please inform front desk for clear communication for future. She went in we were waiting outside. Lauren right away came out and informed it takes now 2 hours for emergency happened. There was no body i... read more
staff is passive aggressive and doesn't provide vital information about cost of services, they perform them without adequately notifying and explaining the costs beforehand. When I called them out not notifying me of the price prior to starting the process the main vet started to guilt trip me talking about how she is 300k in debt because she became a vet, she also twisted my words saying I don't care for my pet when I couldn't afford to keep them their for 12 hours and kept me jammed up by trying to get me to sign release f... read more
