Be aware that any reviews 2+ years ago are for the OLD vet office and NOT the current business model of ER and primary vet with membership. Prior to Covid, I would take my dog to this vet but the only location was on Jeffrey. There was no separate ER on Sand Canyon that I remember. You can see in my prior review that I was extremely impressed with their service and the staff. However, at some point they closed the Jeffrey location and opened this ER location. If I could leave less stars I would. My kitten died after 24 hours in their care because he was not taken proper care of. The idiots for doctors there told us he was anemic and malnourished and dehydrated but no one bothered to fed him or to hydrate him properly! I asked the doctor is he being fed through this IV? Are there nutrients going to him and the answer was "well there is some potassium but not not glucose. His blood sugar levels are good" the doctor never even checked for blood sugar she lied to us.
