Do not go here for an emergency. I called the office at 10:56pm notifying them that my dog was coming in and described the symptoms of bloat. I was at their office by 11:25pm. My dog's symptoms started at 10:20pm and it took me a moment to realize what was happening since I was in bed half asleep. My dog was awake and alert when I brought her in. DO NOT GO HERE if your pet's condition can wait until you can take them to your primary local vet. I brought my young golden here because he seemed a bit lethargic and had runny stool. They tried to charge me $3k+ for a "24 hr hospitalization" and when I questioned their diagnosis and treatment recommendation (as all pet parents have the right to do) Dr. Kelly gave me a condescending look and cuts me off to say my dog is "very sick and not a normal dog" as if my dog had terminal cancer and I was refusing treatment.
