The slowest vet hospital I have ever visited. They were quick to take us in and check on pets but, the follow up took about an hour. Front desk didn't keep us updated on status and after asking second time - they came back with an update. Felt like we were forgotten in the exam room. BTW we were the only visitors, atleast out in the front.

I honestly hate leaving reviews... Worse than that I hate reading things low ratings. But this experience was unacceptable and emotionally draining. After calling numerous vets, trying to find a place that I could take my bearded dragon that did have the facilities capabilities to do an emergency surgery. I found this place...
