Get directionsGreat staff. They did a wonderful job taking care of our pup. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. A little expensive but they did a great job. Highly recommend them
I drive 45 minutes to take my special needs dog to this vet. It's so worth the drive. The folks who work here are absolutely amazing. I have yet to encounter anyone, from reception to vet tech to the doctor, who hasn't been absolutely wonderful in dealing with my dog. My dog struggles with intense fear aggression and it's always so stressful for my family and I when he needs emergency care. But everyone goes out of their way to ensure a calm environment, safe handoff, and considerate care when dealing with our furry frie... read more
I have used this hospital several times. Twice when it was located at the Jeffrey office and most recently at the Sand Canyon office. I so much prefer this emergency hospital to the other emergency hospitals in the area. The staff is patient and knowledgeable. The wait is not long compared to other emergency hospitals. The vet actually meets with the owner and discusses the case. They don't churn the case by ordering every test under the sun. The office has a great front porch to sit on while you're waiting, or a small insid... read more
5 stars for both the Emergency Hospital and Primary Care Facility. I couldn't ask for a better vet facility. Thank you IVVH; you all are amazing! Primary Care: Dr. Nauss and Dr. French are been amazing! They are gentle, patient, and caring with my dog (who can sometimes be anxious). They are also very knowledgeable, great at explaining things to me, and patient with my questions. I love the membership system where exams are included for the year! My dog has had quite a few health challenges and it's so nice to just bring h... read more
I am extremely impressed by how clearly the ER doctor explained the process of how they choose which tests to do in the order that they do. This way, we are not spending more than necessary but we are also being sure we give the right level of care to our puppy. I am impressed by Patel Manoukian's calmness, clarity, and enthusiasm for this kind of profession, and I wish she could be our primary vet and forever ER doctor! I felt 100% comfortable with Mayzee in her care and IVVH, and this says a lot due to a poor experience I'... read more
My 1yo Siberian Husky Male recently has an unfortunate encounter with a juvenile diamondback rattlesnake. I was fortunate to witness it and rushed him immediately to their practice. We were able to call ahead and let them know we were coming. As soon as we arrive they sprung into action for my baby. They kept me calm, explained the cost of treatment (highly recommend pet insurance if you don't have it already), and what I was going to expect. They helped me set up their app based messaging and sent me pictures and kept me up... read more
Our Shiba killed a rattlesnake in our backyard around 5PM, but not before it bit her in the mouth. When we called our vet, they said they weren't seeing any more patients and gave us the names of 3 urgent care clinics in the area. We took her to the closest one and they couldn't help us either, so they sent us to IVVH. While we were driving to IVVH, my son called to tell them the situation. They told us to get there as quickly as possible and that they would have a room ready for us when we arrived. Because traffic in Ir... read more

Hi Geri, Your kind words mean so much to us. We are honored we got to help your pup and you know where to find us in the event you have another emergency. Thank you!
My 6 month old puppy wasn't feeling well for about 24-48 hours and his regular vet was not available to see him for an emergency late on a Friday night. I had called 2-3 other vets before coming across Irvine Valley and they were so quick to respond and very nice over the phone. Check in was a breeze and everyone was so great at taking care of my pup. The doctor was great. She wasn't pushy and gave me options on what to do as well as being transparent about the costs. They answered all the questions I had and thankfully my p... read more

Clarissa, Thanks so much for your review! We are happy to hear your pup has recovered and is doing well.
Took our baby here on a Saturday night a few weeks ago - I had an AWFUL experience at another clinic nearby so I wasn't optimistic but this place was so friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. I couldn't recommend this place anymore. They all truly care about animals and their well being. The cherry on top is you're able to go in and wait in a waiting room. A lot of clinics nearby still have you wait in the car which can be uncomfortable. They even called to check in on him. Service and quality is 10/10!
