Came here to bring my puppy that had issues with worms in his stool, got a 145$ charge just for the doctor checking his weight and his heart rate, the total was 235.46$ but i declined to get the fecal examination, usually they range from 44-80$ never 100+ especially if you won't get a test result until 3 days , if you believe your dog can wait for a local vet go there instead . Not only did they only want money but the ladies who come in to charge you won't come out and discuss the price with you very unprofessional, spent 1... read more

Money grab...When I called I wasn't told there would be a $145 exam fee, I very was clear my pug was fine just itchy and had allergies and just needed a quick cytopoint shot, this was not an emergency i was just cruising yelp looking for a vet. I asked how much it would be and was told $50-$100, which seemed totally fair and what our old vet had charged. My fault I guess for not realizing this was their ONLY an emergency hospital, I asked if I should make an appointment and was told "oh you can just bring her in now" like ... read more

Do not go here for an emergency. I called the office at 10:56pm notifying them that my dog was coming in and described the symptoms of bloat. I was at their office by 11:25pm. My dog's symptoms started at 10:20pm and it took me a moment to realize what was happening since I was in bed half asleep. My dog was awake and alert when I brought her in. She was pacing at this point. I don't understand why the staff had not prepped their operating room- fully knowing that I was coming in with this case. It wasn't until 12am ... read more

DO NOT GO HERE if your pet's condition can wait until you can take them to your primary local vet. I brought my young golden here because he seemed a bit lethargic and had runny stool. They tried to charge me $3k+ for a "24 hr hospitalization" and when I questioned their diagnosis and treatment recommendation (as all pet parents have the right to do) Dr. Kelly gave me a condescending look and cuts me off to say my dog is "very sick and not a normal dog" as if my dog had terminal cancer and I was refusing treatment. I love ... read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my little dog here who was having seizures. After they charged me almost $4000, they tend told me She needed to be transferred to a specialty neurology dog clinic for further testing. I ended up putting her to sleep for an additional $750 one hour I paid the $4,000. They then cremated my dog and charged us another few hundred dollars So I will be disputing my credit card since we paid over $6,000 for unethical care. I will be reporting them to the veterinary board as they are crooks... read more

Horrible experience with this office! My dog passed at this office last year and the staff seemed very uncaring. We requested to have her ashes and paw print so purchased from them one of the options presented. They never contacted me when the ashes were available for pickup, I called 2 months later and the person I spoke to said they had not received them yet?? Two months later! Told me call tomorrow as ashes were being dropped off next day. Miraculously they were there the next day, however the names on everything... read more

The emergency visits are not worth it and we had to see another veterinarian at a new office to finally get the correct diagnosis and treatment. The wait is long, the several visits short, and the cost is outrageous. Extremely unimpressed with the doctor and diagnosis.

After trusting the 5-star reviews on the yelp, we brought our cat l,Komeng here on Sunday Morning for urinary blockage, a medical emergency. We spoke to Dr. Patel who was great at explanation in the disease process and how to treat them. We initially was going to have him only one day but she persuaded us that staying 3 days will greatly reduce the chance of reblockage. So we trusted her, spent additional 2000(total 5700)dollars to have him stay 3days. On the day of discharge they told us to give gabapentin for every 8 hrs... read more

0 stars! They don't give a shit about your pet and they don't give a shit about you. My cat died in my lap as I drove to their hospital because I trusted them and they treated me like I killed their mothers. I handed him over to them and waited 2 HOURS to say goodbye to my cat. I've been here when multiple animals get hit by cars and they're slammed with other emergencies, but that day was quiet and empty. Rigor mortis had already kicked and my cat's body was cold and hard. They wrapped him in a disgusting towel with vomit a... read more
