This hospital is the worst I have never experienced. First employees are not welcome at all, no smile, waiting almost 1 hour for doctor and told me doctor still filling up medicine which is 2 hours past the pick up time. Finally doctor come out and talk to me with annoying attitude and very unprofessional, I can't believe this behavior coming from this pet hospital and why is the business still running. We took in our rabbit to the hospital as she was acting abnormal all day. Lethargic, refusal to eat, heavy breathing... Just the day before she was acting perfectly normal and full of energy, so this came as a shock to us. They took her in within minutes as they saw she was in critical condition. We had to wait about 3 hours for the results of the bloodwork, urine testing, and x-rays. I appreciated the vet Jessica Tondo reviewing treatment options with me so that I could make an informed decision given all the pros and cons, however I had to be the one to initiate even having that discussion and I wish that more time had been given to then review the steps moving forward once I'd made my decision. Please read all the negative reviews. So many complaints to the board about malpractice and negligence. Fresh grads that don't know what they are doing. Lack of experience without a mentor is a deadly combination. Stay away from this vet if you want your pet to live. Labs and tests are useless if they are not read by a good doctor. This has a very corporate feel with indifferent doctors and incompetent staff.

The slowest vet hospital I have ever visited. They were quick to take us in and check on pets but, the follow up took about an hour. Front desk didn't keep us updated on status and after asking second time - they came back with an update. Felt like we were forgotten in the exam room. BTW we were the only visitors, atleast out in the front.

I honestly hate leaving reviews... Worse than that I hate reading things low ratings. But this experience was unacceptable and emotionally draining. After calling numerous vets, trying to find a place that I could take my bearded dragon that did have the facilities capabilities to do an emergency surgery. I found this place... If your pet has an emergency, give it a real chance of survival and take it somewhere else. I made the mistake of bringing my beloved parrot Jalapeño where Dr Pokard took our 2k and forgot about him. She, being the avian specialist, decided the best care for our parrot would be to put it aside until she was done with every other pet emergency. Our parrot had an emergency as well, but it had to wait about 5 hours to finally get the surgery that would have saved his life. She neglected him. There was a second vet who should ha... read more

My parents took our parrot jalapeño to this place because there was an avian specialist who said they could work on it right away. I stayed home to support my 11 year old sister who was heartbroken. We were scared but hopeful because of the reassurance the doctor was giving my parents. We never expected to lose our pet by the neglect of Dr.Pokard. If you love your pets don't take them to this hospital.

I have used this vet a few times and this most recent time I am just in shock how they treated me and my dog who was at their vet twice today my dog had been screaming I have videos they treated him to control pain the meds they prescribed did not work do we brought him back they charged us again and gave him an 80 shot and 290 in vet visits I called the vet to let her hear my dog screaming and she said I would have to wait 4 -5 hours because they had two other emergencies!
