I have come to IVVH Urgent Care a couple times for my mischievous cats, and each time they have been fantastic. My 7-year-old tortoise unfortunately very unexpectedly passed away recently and IVVH handled all of the after-life care for him (examination and having him cremated and returned to me). They were so incredibly kind throughout the entire process and I can't thank them enough for making that terrible situation that much more bearable. Your pets are in good hands here.

Best exotic vet there is in socal! I live in the San Fernando valley and I drive to Irvine for all my exotic emergencies! I had an emergency with my senior bunny and he developed a head tilt within hours. There weren't any doctors in LA that could see him ASAP and the only other option was Irvine. Once we got there they immediately took him in the back for vitals and to triage him. Very clean & inviting environment, they got all the information and immediately started working on him. They had me sit in a private room when t... read more

I really couldn't believe this place was for real. In a panic I took my sick bird here and was so impressed by the vets, techs, and staff. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but everyone, and I mean everyone, was constantly helpful and kind to both animals and people. I had to take my bird to get fluid treatments every day for a week and I could not for the life of me catch these people having a bad day. Each person was friendly, helpful, and you can really tell they care about people and their pets. I receiv... read more

The people that work here are angels. My bunny went into GI stasis a few weeks ago and I felt the veterinarian that I rushed her to (closer to where I live) was not thorough. Late in the evening, my bunny started declining and I was panicking because the vet that saw near me was unreachable. I frantically called a dozen animal hospitals and no one was able to help until I got in touch with Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital. Because they have experience with rabbits, they spent a long time guiding me through how to care f... read more

Just came home after a visit for my Guinea pig who began having sudden labored breathing. The staff and Dr. Bobula were so informative and helpful. The next few days will still be critical, as I still need to make sure i follow through with his treatment. But they provided great care for my guy. Thank you!

Irvine Valley Vet was a godsend to me! My fur baby had some issues early in the morning last week & the team was able to get him seen right away. What blew me away more than anything was the wonderful way they treated my dog. He ended up having to stay overnight (his first night ever away from home) and they constantly kept me updated on his status along with with sending pictures of my sweet boy. Anyone that was around my dog was so kind and gracious with him. Another thing I really appreciated was the manner of which the d... read more

Unfortunately we had another emergency. We quickly called in and was told there was a 30 min wait time. I brought my dog here again and was seen pretty much immediately on a Friday night around 8pm. We got her spayed earlier that day at Trinity hospital and she came out with an abrasion above the eye and punctured lip due to falling in her kennel, lack of monitoring after waking up from anesthesia. You can see my review on Trinity's Yelp page. We were afraid she would need stitches as it was bleeding. Irvine valley was very ... read more

Went here on Friday because my dog was scratching his eye all week and I was getting worried. I called them and they sent me a link for first time patient forms. After filling the forms out, I went in and they were able to see me without waiting too long. The people here are very friendly and the place is very clean. After an initial check up the vet came to me with what she thinks is wrong with my dog. I'm not sure the time. But I was able to get in and out of there surprisingly in a decent time. With my experience, this ha... read more
