Get directionsThree days later and the owner of this hospital, Mike Cao, has not called back. He seems to respond to reviews on yelp, but apparently he doesn't pick up the phone. That leads to me believe that it's not even actually him responding to people on Yelp. A manager of the hospital called and said they were the best person to help me, and I insisted that I speak to Mr. Cao. They continued on that they are the managers and the best people to help me, but I insisted that I talked to someone that is actually a doctor and not admini... read more
I have had great experience with this veterinary hospital in the past and have referred many people to them. Unfortunately, two out of my last four visits were unacceptable, and both of them were with Dr. Fletcher. She does not listen and in both visits with two different dogs the dogs left still in pain without the proper treatment. On both visits, the only thing she wanted to do was provide x-rays and blood tests, which were very expensive and not what I wanted. Unfortunately, she would not provide any care until I did t... read more
This is the worst veterinarians office hospital that you could ever take your animal to They are a large part of the reason my son's dog passed away They did a procedure, sloppy unprofessional and overpriced. No antibiotics. No nothing post care Is this conjecture? No, my brother's dog had the same operation at Newnan animal Hospital in Newnan, Georgia Call and ask for yourself The same exact operation the hospital kept my brother's dog overnight to monitor to the dog antibiotics since it was an operation and the dog came ho... read more
This is very very bad please do not take him in there to charge you more not used to a recommend to my friend, but I'll take my dog to charge me more enough more $1300 and after two weeks, my dog is bleeding again and I'm going there. The lady show up after the nurse. The doctor assistant and doctor is not show up. They told me you have to pay under dollars usually necessary, not hospital charging first the money, for example you go to grocery or supermarket by the ice cream fruit anything you pick up and then pay for it the... read more
They charged me 5k for 24 hour hospitalization and gave me back my dog with HUGE butt rash from his uncleaned diarrhea, just crazy how they can't even keep basic sanitation standard for fur babies. Go somewherelse, even the whole team knows at that location how cooperate they are
If you're considering bringing your pet to this ER, please reconsider. Go to VEG ER instead. At VEG, everything happens right in front of you - the exam table is in the same room, you see what they're doing, you hear what they're saying, and you're involved in the decisions. There is transparency, compassion, and actual participation in your pet's care. At IVVH, your pet is taken to the back - out of sight, where they do questionable things that only they know about. You sit alone, scared and powerless, and have no idea wha... read more

We appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience and share your concerns. We’re truly sorry that this situation was so distressing and left you feeling uncertain during an already emotional time with your girl. We understand how frightening it can be when a pet requires a transfusion and then experiences an unexpected event. Not having clear answers afterward can make that experience even more overwhelming. That is never how we want our clients to feel. While emergency medicine often requires pets to be tre... read more
We brought our cat in for treatment around 4:30pm on New Year's Eve because she hadn't been eating or drinking for a few days and she was vomiting (despite being in good physical condition -- she put up quite a fight as I tried to load her into her carrier for transport!). We got to the office and it was quiet. They took her back and we waited for over three hours for them to come tell us that they examined her and palpated her abdomen. We were told she was a bit "urpy" (I'm sure this is a technical term) so they recommende... read more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that your visit with us on New Year’s Eve was frustrating and left you feeling unheard and pressured—especially during what was already a stressful situation with your cat. We understand how upsetting it can be to wait for updates, to have concerns about costs, and to feel uncertain about next steps when your pet isn’t feeling well. That is never how we want our clients to feel. While our recommendations are always made with the goal of gathering time... read more
Terrible experience, do not recommend -Appointment was at 8AM on a Monday. I stayed until 9:05 despite only having no more than 5mn of facetime with the staff and with no other customer waiting by the front office. No treatment was done/administered, I just waited in a room for the whole time and had to chase staff after not being seen for 20mn. - I was told I could get my cat tested for allergies (skin testing) which was not the case. Only blood testing was available - Pricing for the blood testing (and somehow for the ... read more

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that your visit was frustrating and did not meet your expectations. We understand how upsetting it can be to take time out of your day—especially for an early morning appointment—only to feel that your time was not respected. Waiting for extended periods with limited communication is not the experience we strive to provide. Even when our hospital is not visibly busy, medical workflows, staffing constraints, and patient care needs behind the sce... read more

Business response:
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit. A delay due to technical issues is frustrating, and we understand how upsetting it can be to wait longer than expected. While system outages are sometimes unavoidable, we should have communicated more clearly and set better expectations.
